Vibrations in ear, slight humming

Hi,

I am looking for a remedy for my ear problem.

The problem is mainly in the left ear, which got blocked during a flight just over 3 weeks ago (pressure changes in the aircraft/altitude - to which I have always been sensitive).
For almost two weeks, hearing in the left ear was slightly diminished (for the last 5-6 days the hearing seems to be better now, only ocassionally the ear closes for a while).

The key problem is a vibration in the ear upon hearing any kind of noise that is slightly loud. For example if someone in the room is talking a little loudly, or when I listen to earphones, etc. there is vibration in the left ear.
Upon swallowing, there is a popping/cracking noise in both ears (kind of like the noise when you eat pop rocks), the kind of feeling that the ears are opening (even though they may not be blocked).
Ocassionally there is pain in the left ear and sometimes behind it (in the middle to bottom part of the ear). The pain does not last for too long, comes and goes for periods of a couple of minutes or less and it is not very intense
A few times during the day I have a bit of pain above my left eyebrow. Sometimes (rarely) the temple hurts and this morning as well as tonight there was some pain next to the ear (between the ear and the sideburns).
There is no kind of discharge from the ear.
Although the discomfort/pain is predominantly in the left ear, a few times (not frequent), the pain comes to the right ear too (but for a few seconds)
Overall, although the hearing is almost fine now and I don't have the stuffed feeling, sometimes one of the ears (either left or right) closes for a short while - ie, just feels a bit heavier/clogged.

HI...u can take ARNICA 30c three pills thrice a day ...continue for a week. report after that.
remember ,Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in with. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks
