teenager problems

I have three teenage sons of 18 , 15 and 14.
I am worried about the eldest. He is extremely volatile, arrogant, egoistic sometimes calms down and normalises. Threatens to leave home, but doesn't want to leave all the comforts, thinks his friends are the only important people in his life, orders people around, feels no-one understands him (though all we try is to teach him basic hygiene and manners), is very very very lazy (his room will stay in a mess with clothes underwear socks on the floor for months if I don't clean up. I was wondering if there is a homeopathic remedy which could make him a bit tolerable. Mentally he is intelligent, studying IT.
has diarrhoiea from milk digestion, loves cakes bisvcuits chocolate, won't eat proper food. Platina seems suitable for him, but it's supposed to be a female remedy. Thanks for any help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may give him three doses of Nux Vomica 200c at a gap of 4 hours on one day (not daily) and see how it affects in the next 15 days.

Respected Kadwa:
Thank you for your replies. I have actually given him nux vomica(1000)two times in the past, but have had no success. Should i still give it to him as you have suggested?
Thanks for your help.

Dear Kadwa,
two weeks ago i gave my son sulphur 200 three times at a gap of 4 hours.
Since then I have not really noticed any change in him: the same difficult teenager, same habits, maybe just slightly: he is not apt to fly into a temper, but i can't say that it is very noticeable. He won't eat proper food, he won't study, spends all his free time chatting with friends or visiting friends.
Thanks for your help.

Please give him 4 pellets of kali phos 6x twice a day in the morning and evening for few days and see whether it helps.
It is difficult to change habbits through homeo medication alone. He should be given counselling and he should also practise some breathing exercises.
Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please ask him to practise these pranayams regularly for 15 minutes to half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. He may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that he has to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. He can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

These exercises are also good for you.

Dear Kadwa, Thank you very much for your help. Will do so.
I have another request: my sister has very bad pain in the end of her spine, she can't sit for more than half an hour, which remedy could help and how should she take it? Thank you.

Please copy the Questionnaire from the following thread
http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/188925/
and post all the questions here duly answered. On that basis your sister's remedy may be worked out.
