i advise you to take them as follows
take three doses of silicea 200c at a gap of 4 hours for one day(not daily).
wait for 15 days
if there is relief, you may repeat silicea 200c or move to higher potency
if there is no relief, take three doses of Thuja 200c at a gap of 4 hours for one day(not daily).
wait for 15 days
if there is relief, you may repeat Thuja 200c or move to higher potency.
if there is no relief, take three doses of Graphites 200c at a gap of 4 hours for one day(not daily).
