Baldness and hair thinning, fingernails wedged

Hi,

I have this problem of falling hair since the last many years. It's more like male pattern baldness...I've lost a lot of hair overall specially from the front hairline. Some hair on my head and many in my beard are turning white.

Another issue which i've noticed ever since I started losing hair is that my fingernails are wedged, as in they're not smooth and plain like they should be. It's like some straight streaks are there. Otherwise nail growth is fine and fast.

I sneeze a lot when the weather changes suddenly (hot to cold, cold to hot)

Apart from this, am fine, go to the gym regularly and build muscle. But this problem of hairfall seems to have increased with gymming, maybe it's coz of the protein supplements which I've been having

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
can anyone reply to this please? I need a proven remedy for this. Hear a lot about Dr Batras or Baksons but people tell me they charge a bomb even for the trail meds

Please give me the following:

- Your age

- You generally feel cold or warm (you prefer a little cold externally or prefer a little warm externally)

- do you suffer from constipation or any digestion problem?

- any noticable sickness or vital drainage (like Fever, Surgery, excessive sex or loss of semen) just before the hair fall started?

- If you could take the under arm temperature, please do. Temperature is best taken when you in the bed in the early morning, just before getting up. Hold the thermometer for the first few minutes, then turn on and send the reading. If you cannot do it, that is fine.
