Pain in knee..... Need ur help again...Dr. Kadwa

Hello dr..

Myfather gng through age of 55. From a month his knee paining a lot. Can you please suggest him the best posible medicine...

I hope this might be due to age...as he is fit n fine with an average weigh.

day 1 to day 3
please take Rhus Tox 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.

Day 3 to day 20
Please take 1 tablet each from the following Ayurvedic medicines (preferably from Divya Pharmacy) twice a day after meals. It is always better to crush tablet by teeth.
Yogiraj Guggulu
Chandraprabha Vati

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly 15 minutes to half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning.
