Will onion necessarily antidote?

I am sensitive enough to touch a remedy and have its actions imparted to me.

Five hours after touching the homeopathic remedy and noticing a change (it is long and deep acting though only a 6C), I thoughtlessly ate raw red onion . Did I necessarily antidote the remedy?

I am highly sensitive and extremely allergic to everything and read that these type of people antidote more readily.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Yes. The internal strong odour of raw onion antidotes the remedy.

Is it possible that the onion will supress the homeopathic remedy for a while and then resurge?

A homeo remedy is a stimulation to vital force. Now if the patient offers other stimulants to vital force like Strong Odours, vital force disregards the remedy and starts reacting to other stimulants. Therefore the stimulating capability of the Homeo Remedy taken earlier is nullified. The pattern won't be like getting suppressed for a while and getting active later. Now the further stimulation can be offered only by the future dose not the one whose stimulation has been nullified.
Therefore it is advisable to follow homeo restrictions during the whole treatment period ie until cure is effected.
