plz help chronic sinusitis.

i have been suffering from sinusitis last two yrs.
initially bakson b22 drops helped. but later it had unusual side effects(e.g increased appetite, pimples in back). i discontinued it n i took nux vomica 30 by a local homeopath.
it was awesome n it worked. later the dose was reduced i usually took nux 30 twice a month n it was enough. but after the onset of monsoon i got a sinus attack. nw nux no longer worked. in fact it caused constipation n acidity n gastric discomfort. den i took nux in in increased potencies but in vain.

den doc gav me calc carb... whiz rather dan curing changed da symptons.

i m giving da present symptons
xray- hazziness over frontal sinus.
my nose get little stuffed up by 12 in the noon. n it starts
to give pressure inside of nose which extends to the frontal head side just over the eyebrows. den the pressure is gradually converted to headache which increases by evening. no discharges from nose. nose is not blocked.
eye sensitive to light.
headache increases esspecially on watching tv or laptop.
headche suddenly increases on suddenly standing. decreases in open air. aggravated by warm rooms, sunlight,ice creams. aggravated strongly by curd. it is increased by waking late in the moring.
mouth odor.
no throat irritation.
increases on remaining hungry.
decreased by eating.
no symptons associated with eye.
feels like nasalk polyp.
sweat odour.
appetite high.
no nausea.
no constipation but irregular bowel habits. pimples in face.
increases heavily on humid climate.

Mind.--Changeable; laughing . impaired memory. always thinks of something.

Head.-- xray- hazziness over frontal sinus.

Eyes.--myopia since 14 years of age,

Nose.--sense of smell usually nt strong. little pressurized by nt blocked.no discharges.

Mouth.-- no desire for water. Salivation little high bt nt excess. bad odor . tongue white coated.

Stomach.--excess appetite, cannot digest meat easily, nt thirsty for water.canot wait for food.



Sleep.--go to bed by around 1am. wake up late.


Modalities.--Worse, cold moist wind, cold food, cold washing, sudden motion, drinking water,bending down; Better, warmth, dry weather. open air, playing, by eating,even better by hot soup, hot steaming foods.
discharges-
sweat-bad odor
urine-little offensive n yellow.
stool-perfect but irregular, no constipation.

gets irritated n depressed but nt angry when gets headache.


4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
extremely depressed n weak.


5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
i got it when i went for learning swimming in a village pond (liitle vegetative)but ended in almost drowning. got my sinuses infected.


6. Which time of the day you are worst? from afternoon to evening and goes on increasing until i go out n take some fresh air.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
cold moist air, in close rooms,all cold things, moving in hot sun. the most aggravating is curd. usually decreased by going out in freash open air. taking some hot soup.


8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
i dnt think so



9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
feel better in hot n dry weather

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc. i m quite moody, agreeable, easily offended,
introvert, never get angry.
- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
i feel excited. after it i feel lazy.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
absolutely no
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? noise n light

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?

- How do you feel about your friends, family?
extreme peaceful

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
fears of darkness litte
no dreams dnt remember ne dreams.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
ice cream bt nt allowed to.
chocolates, fish egg, noodles, hot soup.
dnt like mutton, chicken.


13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
less

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
excessive cannot wait
15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
meat and milk, curd gets acids after drinking milk.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
normal,trunk
17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
bowelmovent clear but nt time specific. generally little offensive.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping? sleep only after 1 am, wake up late. no particular posture.


19. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
extremely non irritating, not agry, cool. always try to be happy making pj(poor joke).


20. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
a lot of antibiotics n pain killers. painful dysentry after antibiotics, acidity after pain killers. paracetamol do decreases the sympton for some times.

homeo-
nux initialyy cured it. but nt working nw. higly offensive stool.
taken hydrastis - nt worked but increaces appetite(main cause fr my increased appetite)taken fr about two months.
calc carb gives nauseous headache.
phosphorus makes hungry after food. higly offensive flatulence.

21. What major diseases are running in your family?
blood pressure and diabetics.
mine is perfect with little elevated bp-90-140
22. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
light coloured, pimples in face, (after taking oils), hair black short n straight.
