uti & thrush

hi im a young female and have been experiencing both serious and not so serious uti's now for a year and a half. i have been seeing a homoeopath for a year and it has helped dramatically keeping the uti's under wrap. i have been and still am taking nux vomica IM 4-8 times a day in 5 drops, 2 sulphur 200c pills once a week and sepia 200c in 5 drops twice a week. although working i can't seem to shake the effects of thrush and discharge that keep appearing and the red skin in the vaginal area. The discharge is buring, irritating and itching and it is also affecting urination. the discharge is white and thick and has a sour smell. Wondering if there are any other suggestions for this or should i continue what i am taking?

cheers.
