Infant reflux

Hi there, I was after some advice recommendations for doses and or any other suggestions for my daughter's reflux. Some background, she was born almost 7 weeks early, (just a bit longer than my first child who also had reflux/coic) so she has an immature digestion to start with...she is on zantac and losec....I know dangerous drugs but we were desperate...symptoms, lots of hiccoughs, wet burps, gagging, coughing, sudden crying/screaming, colic screaming in evening with back arched backwards head tilted back, trying to get away from her stomach from anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, incolsolable. Hannah is EBF, I have gone on elimiation diets for dairy and gluten, garlic, onion etc, nothing came up, though starting to suspect I should try again with eggs and or tomatoe as she has been very bad lately. Has trouble with gut, wind, cramps etc, wiggles and moves alot, often all night and day. Before medication pooed at least 3 to 4 or more times a day, now very erractic, some days not at all but about 1 a day. Needs to be held all day, sleeps in arms, though very occasional has a sleep lying down in the day. Nearly always has a block sleep at night, on average 4 hours, then needs to be held after that. When not in discomfort a very happy baby. The reflux is silent, as in it does not come out of the mouth but often as far as the mouth and then she swallows it again. I really want to get her off the medication but without causing her acid damage or back to non stop screaming, our family is only just coping now that the medication is mostly working. So what I would like to know is;

1. How long to transition off the meds onto nat phos? and other suggested remedy (If I miss her medication she starts getting all of the above symptoms, so going off straight away is not an option)

2. With nat phos, if she starts to get reflux symptoms can I give her another dose, and continue to do so for each time she gets a reflux symptom?

3. If doing the above, can I give her too much?

4. Can she take Joe's suggestion of Arnica? If so how much?

5. A naturopath, also suggested Silica?? Do you agree, and how much?

Thank you so much for your wonderful forum and I hope that some of the success I have read, also help my little baby.

Who by the way is 13 weeks old, 7 weeks adjusted age.

Thank you again from a very tired, stressed, concerned family.

Please let me know if you need any more symptoms or info to help with remedy suggestions.

Oh one other I thought of, also when she is in discomfort she practically tries to climb me, as if to get out of herself, she is very strong.
