Please help me

Dear And Respected Doctor

I am 25 years old.At the age of 16 i started masturbating and i did a lot at least 3 or 4 times a day.at the age of 17 i start experiencing problems like semen drops and nocturnal emmissions.At the same time or before I also start feeling burning sensation in my abdomen.My face was always yellow and i was slim instead of eating enough and i drunk a lot of water to survive.I didn,t notice it and was living in imaginary world.I thought this is my internal heat and etc etc.The problems were getting worst and there were daily nocturnal emmissions and continuous release of semen drops during day.I didnt realise what is happening with me for 3 to 4 years.When i was 23 i feel i must go to a hakeem(hamdard) so i went and he gave me a medicine but before going to hakeem my penis was also shrinked much.When i eat few doses i feel some change and my penis was coming to normal but unfortunately during bath i just touched my penis with pleasure 2 or 3 times it releases like i masturbate.After this event i ate many doses but the problem was still there and i go back to the same position.the hakeem was changing my medicine but didn,t worked at all so he tell me try my own medicines so idecided to try his own medicine and again there was a change in my penis and unfortuately i did same during bathing and again u can say i masturbate and again all things went wrong.After this event i have tried all medicines from india usa uk china but the problem is still there.A few months before nocturnal emmissions were gone better after 2 days but i dont know how it happen i started tomasturbate in my sleep when i wake up i realise my self releasing.i did this 2 times and again nocturnal emmissions gone to daily.I started feeling weekness.And the heat inmy abdomen continuously running from that age or before i dont remember i feel a lot of hunger and when i eat i cant stop and if i eat much after that i feel so heaty and heavy and earge thirsty and i drink a lot of water and urinate a lot and after 3 or 4 hours i again feel hunger.I sweat a lot and i drink a lot of water.After hamdard hakeem when i go to another hakeem he told me there is alot of heat in your liver and it doest process your food thats why your colour is pale yellow and you have low blood.He gave me his medicine but it effected for sometime and again these problems are still there.I cam to uk 2 years before and i got a job in a store as a retail assistant at first year i did a lot of work days nights but after 1 year i feel so tired i feel pain in my knees and specially behind the right one i feel so week after one hour i need to rest and so on so i go to my doctor he took my blood test and urine test and also stool test but everything was fine but the problem was i havent any vitamins,proteins,iron etc etc i told him i eat veg and meat and fruits but he was answerable i also go to sex clinic for my penile problems but the only answer i get is masturbate daily to protect from nocturnal emmissions.Now my problems are firstly my penis has been shrinked a lot,i have severe spermatorrhea and nocturnal emmissions.With the heat in my body my penis erects and go down after many drops of semen.My semen is very thin.I feel buzzing ears and i cant do heavy work and if i cook something while standing i feel severe tired.I feel burning in my abdomen like fire i drink a lot of water 20 or 25 normal glasses of water and i do frequent urination.I have dry and hard stool sometimes i feel pain when stool coming out due to its hardness,dry mouth ,funny noises from abdomen,foot numbness,leg numbness.while sitting penile are numbness is common,i release a lot of gases,i have dark dark dark circles under my eyes.grey hairs are coming,lower back pain.My parents are expecting me to marry after 1 year but how i tell them that i cant marry now i have lost everything.Plz help me and give me medicine so i can come into life.I want to stay n live alone and i am always in thoughts.Please help me sir.Tell me plz is there any hope that i can live again with joy after get rid of these problems.Please reply me as soon as possible.I am waiting for your reply anxiously.
