hello doctor

one of my friend has this L4- L5 compression. He is 25year old 6ft height and weighing 110kg. He went through an operation 6months back. The doctor removed his discs partially. now he is in severe agony. Please doc reply me with a suitable and appropriate treatment. thanks a lot.
