lightheadedness

Hello, I'm trying to find a remedy for a friend of mine. Last October she was walking down the street, and suddenly felt as if the ground was slipping away, as if she would faint. Since then she has been having frequent episodes of lightheadedness. Nothing wrong was found on any tests.
Feels a little better if lays down. Temperature rises to 37.5 Celsius. Blood pressure drops.
Bad headache. eye pain. Pressure in head. Feeling of chilliness inside whole body or in certain parts.
Pain close to heart, sometimes as if not enough oxygen. Right arm goes numb at night. Sometimes left one, too. Sometimes feels worse in a store or during active movement. Sometimes ringing and pressure in ears.
When standing or sitting, the body begins to sway from side to side.

The first remedy that comes to mind is Asarum.. But I'm wondering if anybody has any better suggestions? Thank you.

Try Phytolacca 30

Three doses on day one. Next day onwards twice daily.

If in two days...no positive response, stop further intake.

Looking at the list of symptoms ...appears there is good chance it will work.
