Desperately seeking advice for 4 yr old daughter

Doctor,
I read that homeopathy has cure for almost 99% problems,so hoping that there is one for my 4 yr old daughter also.Her problem is
1.Has lot of hair on her back and lower back.
2.shoulders,hands and legs
3.Forehead,near the ears/cheeks and also on her upperlip.
As she is towards the dark skin color it is more visible and i feel that she'll loose her self confidence once she starts going to school as she would be teased.
Please suggest a rememdy for her problem and i really appreciate your help.

Thank Tou very much for the prompt reply.I really appreciate it.But when i search to buy this medicine
oleum jecoris i don't see it in the Remedy list.Can you please tell if it has another name also should it be taken orally(will it not remove the hair on scalp) or should it be applied on the body.Please don't mind my doubts and also how much dosage should be given.Are there any diet rules.
