Please advise for 3 year old son

Hi. Thank you in advance for any advice you may have. I am writing on behalf of my 3 1/2 year old son. He suffers from chronic diarrhea. Cows milk seems to cause it so he gets virtually none - although he seems to tolerate it in foods so we have not eliminated it completely. Also most fruit and some vegetables seem to cause it (which of course he craves). I use almost all organic so its not the pesticides. I have tried the elimination diet to see what other foods cause it and it appears that as long as we rotate foods, nothing 2 or 3 days in a row, and keep fruits and veggies to a minimum he is ok. Fruit juice has an immediate reaction (within 1-3 hours).

He also is extremely restless during the night, and while trying to fall asleep. He sleeps but often moves his legs constantly. Although he starts off sleeping in his own bed he comes into our bed sometime between 1 am and 3 am. I often feel that my body is bruised by the time morning comes from all the rubbing and poking. Usually it is with his feet although he will try to rub my arms too.

He is medium height and weight. Has light brown hair and light complexion.

Personality: he is very generous, giving, and loving. Mostly compliant, but not overly. Not hyper but active. Likes to put things away and have things organized. A great helper around the house.

Loves eggs and pancakes. Not a big meat eater. Would live on fruit.

Fears: He prefers to be around people but will play independently. Prefers to sleep with others but rarely says he is scared. Scared of storms, thunder, lightening.

Two weeks ago he had that stomach flu and I gave him Arsenic Album 30C for one day 3 times. The vomiting went away but no other changes.

Thank you so much for any advice you might have.

Sincerely, Wendy

More information...

When he has a flare up his face gets pale, he often gets red/pink on bottom eye lid and he gets a pink stripe down his face to cheeks.

Although the diarrhea is explosive and smelly it is NOT painful for him. He can go anywhere between 2 and 7 times a day. As long as we limit fruits and juices it does not usually last more than a day.

Perhaps the answer is completely avoiding most fruits and some vegetables but I was hoping a remedy could allow him to eat 'healthy' foods. It seems to be getting worse, as it use to only be milk, and then lots of melon, but now even a slice or two of apple causes a reaction.

I am not sure what other information you need but would be happy to provide whatever else can help you help me help him:-) Thanks. Wendy
