Smell

Hi
I am 31 years old when i smoke its smells spread in a room. I try chewing gum wash my mouth but the smell does not go away. After couple of hours it vanish.

Whats wrong with me. Is it my lungs are infected. When we smoke it goes in your lungs or in your stomach too?

Please Reply...How to get rid of smell.
