Prolonged Heavy Menses

Dear Doctors and Friends,
My 17 yr old daughter is having prolonged heavy menses. She is very active in sports 50kg studying in a boarding school and will be sitting for her final O level exams in 2 week time. She is very hardworking and overworking herself in preparing for this coming exams. She hates losing whether in sports or her studies. Her menses is so heavy that her blood test indicated a low level but not requiring blood tranfusion. Any sudden movement ,climbing stairs will cause pulsating headaches and she can her her heartbeat drumming in her head. She is now temporaryly out of her boarding school and staying with me and my wife. She has been given Ferric Phos 30, Mag phos 30, Sabina 30 and Nux 200 (night) by local Homeopath but her condition is not improving after 5 days. Please advise what different medicine she should be taking ?

Pulsations in the whole body and sun headaches ...think of Selenium.
(But it does not go well with China).
