Recurring Blister on Tongue!!!!

Hi, This is Mokshya. I have a problem in my tongue since mid of 2003. Blisters in my tongue recuringly seen. And after some 7-8 days they dissapear and then they come again. They are NOT BLOOD BLISTER. They are seen almost everywhere except in the middle. They are seen in the sideways, front part and sideways of the back. They even sometimes seen larger like 1/2 cm in length and are in red color. They don't give me pain but I feel very depressed seeing for a long time. I have some problem with the Bowel Movement. Isn't there any treatment for this? Even I am very afraid to KISS...eeh I don't want to get another trouble. Please suggest me what I should do

I did colonoscopy twice. But doctor found nothing. They said maybe Consipation is the problem of it. If I don't drink enough water then bowel get harder and it's hard for me to get rid of it cause it causes my anus to contract and I see blood
