Tks for the prompt reply
I have all these symptoms
My constitutional remedy seems to be Lyco
I have already taken Lyco 200c wet dose twice for three days and waiting for the results. I have been advised to follow up with sulpher and calc after some time . I believe Sulpher is a multimiasmic remedy.

If this doesnt work I have been advised I may have to go for Thuja which is anti sycotic

kindly let me have your observations

Treating with one remedy that covers all the symptoms of the patient is Homeopathic. If one remedy didn't cover all the symptoms a remedy selected that covers the most of the sysmptom, and for the rest, another remedy is selected. Most properbly the next remedy will be one that follows well.

If you already have taken Lyco, the next remedy could be Sulphur - Syphilinum or Sulphur - Tuberculinum. If the totality requires a different remedy, no need to follow this order.

Your Homeopath could have known you and your ailments well. Please follow his/her instructions.

Good Luck
