Vertigo

The patient is 65 yrs old male using antihypertension and anti diabetic drugs and both BP & BS are well within the limit. Last six months very frequently suffering from vertigo along with vomiting. In allopathy it is diagonised as cervical spondolysis and the drugs vertin and stugeron are used whenever there is an attack and the sufferig continus for 7-8 days . The same episode is again going on Since last two days. The symptoms are same- can not sit or stand due to giddiness,while lying if the body is moved to any side , vertigo alongwith vomiting occur. As a result , the patient preffers to lie down flat on the bed . But the episodes of vertigo with vomiting occured six to seven times a day. This time without going to allopathy , the homeo remedy coculus Indica-30 is given hourly for four doses but still now the vertigo persists. The patient does not feel to take any food ,always lying in bed . At present Blood pressure is 145/85.
I request this forum to suggest suitable remedy for the said patient .

pls try Causticum 1M weekly one dose every sunday and Byonia alb 30c next 6 days (except sunday) three times in a day continue for a month and rport me...

Thanks for suggestion. kindly advice me how to get rid of present acute problem i.e vertigo & vomiting as explained earlier so that the patient can do his day to work . Shall i start Bryonia alb -30 right from this moment .

Dr Sharma,
As per your suggestion, Bryonia-30 in dry dose , three doses a day, are started since last 3 days. The vertigo & vomiting are controlled appreciably but the patient is feeling too much weakness and heaviness in head .
