Trichotillomania, Skin Picking and Nail Biting
HelloI wonder if anyone can help me.
I am a 23 year old female pulling out my eyebrows and eyelashes, picking at my skin and nail biting, is there anything I can take to try to prevent this?
I would be most grateful for any help, as soon I will have no eyebrows left!

I should also say that I have had a bad dry chesty cough since christmas and also have very bad earache at the moment due to congested sinuses, if anyone has suggestions for that too that would be great

Some people suggest beladonna, but I didn't have any luck with it. Unfortunately this disorder is really resistant to a lot of treatments, and even homeopathy doesn't seem to have a perfect remedy. Have you researched the disorder through the Trichotillomania Learning Center already? There's lots of info about trich and skin picking on their website. If you goodle the center it will pop up right away.
