Hello

I want to know when you write

'Take Acid Phos 30c 5 drops thrice a day'

Is its mean to take 5 drops directly on tongue or mix in little water

Plz explain.

absorption is better if its mixed with some 20 ml water and sipped up slowly bit by bit.
