Fibrosis penis tissue

Dear Doctor,
I am suffering from penile tissue fibrosis.before one year I got errection for long time due to papaverine injection, then errection lasted for 07 hours, then went to doctor, doctor took out blood from penis. but after one week I see hard nodule at root of penis and middle of penis, doctor tested and found hard plaque(fibrosis penile tissue), I already use the following medicine:1.Bellis per 2.phytolacca 3.Thiosinaminum 4.Thuja 5.calcarea fluo 6.graphites 7.causticum 8.kali Iod 9. silicea 10. conium 11. arnica 12. kali bichro

The potency was200,1M,but I did not get any improvement.
PLs tell me is there any medicine in homeopathy which will soften hard/ fibrosis penile tissue. pls advice me. I am 29 yrs old, good health, no physical problem,

tutul has taken too many remedies.
It is best to take the indicated remedy on the basis of totality of symptoms instead of taking the remedy for local symptom.
In such conditions 2 pellets each of calc fluor 6x and silicea 12x (at a time) in the morning and evening for 15 days may give some relief.
One should not eat/drink anything within 30 minutes before/after taking the remdy.
