I tell u... when i was sex with my wife 1st time erection is so quick ....But my penis is not hard all time some time very hard some time not so... when i discharge i haveing some problem to discharge i feel some thing is stop my sperm i feel pain and my sperm out not so quick as before i discharge i means before i discharge like gan is fire but not that much and 2nd time i want to do sex but my penis is not erection much its take long time ....

I think you become nervous while performing this act so that you feel this problem.
I suggest you Selenium-200 one dose at night for a week and do not go to your spouse during the week. and report after a week.
