Dosing

Not sure I've got the right dosage or stregnth. Long time symptoms, maybe 2-3 years, winter and cold weather only, resolves in spring.
Symptoms of fibromyalgia include fatigue, joint pain, IBS, TMJ.
Remedy Finder pointed to Nux V,which I took 4 tabs 30C four times daily for 3 days, then twice daily for 4 days, quit after a week. Had immediate relief of some symptoms and mild relief of some, no relief for others (IBS). A few days after stopping, all returned.
Dosage strong enough? Long enough? or should I try new remedy search?
Thanks for your advice,
Kathy F
