fungal problems
Hello! My name is Edina, age 31, female. fair skin, light brown hair, blue eyes, 160cm (5'2)50kg 110lbs
personality: can be emotional sometimes but not weepy, and sometimes cold and selfish
sometimes act without thinking and then regret it
sometimes mpatient,huffy-puffy
like to get things done quickly, hate to be late
love-hate relationship with DH'
very protective of my children
Symptoms: eczema on hands -cracked fingers, itchy rash - 2 and a half years
-cracked toes during winter, cracked heels during summer, not itchy 2-3 years?
-pruritus ani 10+ years
-vaginal pruritus 2 years
-cold hands, feet, low body temp, mild hair loss ever since I can remember
-normal BP, no diabetes, no chronics diseases
-irritability, impatience past few years
-white tongue 3+ years
- tinea versicolor on arms and legs -not too many spots but they are there 4-5 years
- can't digest certain carohydrtes 10 years
- hives from certain vegetable oils that I avoid now- 10 years -not any more
- headaches 10+ years - but not any more since changed diet 2 years ago
history:
bad diet as a teenager and until recently -means lots of sugar, low fat and processed food
diet now: whole foods, no sugar, limited whole grains only soaked/sprouted, brown rice, raw milk, raw kefir, veggies, few fruits, lots of meat, eggs, coconut oil, butter, no processed foods, no cereals, no pasteurized dairy
got a few amalgam fillings at the age of 14, more later at 25-27
got basic vaccines as a child including smallpox
had mumps, chicken pox as a child, a few colds but rarely as a child, more as an adult
married in 2001 age 25
had baby#1 in 2002 who had a fatal birth defect
had baby #2 in 2003
baby #3 in 2005
eczema started during 3rd trimester 3rd baby
was treated with IV antibiotics for Group B strep during labor and after baby #2 for UTI caused by catheter during labor. Couldn't urinate for 2 weeks, finally urecholine drug worked
had epidural anest. for all 3 deliveries, breastfed children for a year each
started candida diet in late 2005, major die-off, rash all over body, flu-like symptoms, fatigue. lasted 3 weeks. got better but not cured. Lost a lot of weight on low-carb diet, down to 98 lbs. Added some carbs back: brown rice, properly prepared whole grains, keep taking coconut oil, garlic, have tried:
probiotics, yogurt, digestive enzymes, oregano oil to kill candida -not working
my skin was the best when I first strarted eating raw milk kefir and also when I was on a raw milk fast for 2-3 days. Can't keep it up financially-raw milk is hard to come by in US
can't afford supplements like enzymes and probiotics.
Have tried pulsatilla 30c -no change
now doing sulphur 30c.
What else can I try to get rid of different kinds of fungi?
Thank you for bearing with me...

please take SEPIA 30C two doses everyday, morning and evening, till you notice a change in the symptoms.
as soon as you observe a change for better or worse, you can stop the remedy.
take it for 7 days and if you do not feel any change in the next 10 days, come back for the second prescription.

Thanks for all the replies! I was only able to find 30C so I will take that remedy and will come back next week to report. Thank you! SHoulkd I dissolve pellets in water or take them under the tongue?
Edina last decade
just take 4 pillules under the tongue in empty stomach and clean mouth.
do not crush or bite the pillules, let them dissolve by themselves.
no food or water one hour before or after the dose.
dont take excess sour food, like pickels etc. while taking sepia.
