The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Forum URLs

Hi all,

As recently requested by Murthy (and less recently by others), you can now click new URLs typed into the forum.

You need to type the full URL, with the http. i.e:

http://www.google.com will link.
www.google.com will not link.

Let me know on this thread if you have any problems. (Unless, of course, the problem is that you can't post, in which case please use the contact form at http://www.abchomeopathy.com/contact.php)

Best Wishes,
Simon

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear Simon

It is a great convenience. However it is better to programme the software so that it opens a seperate window for the clicked url.

You obviously don't want the person to leave your site to read the page he clicked.

Dear Simon

The urls of archived threads with proper http:// address, are still not clickable.

I don't know whether it is technically possible or not, but please have a look into it.

I won't trouble you further on this thread. : )

Hi Murthy,

It's not as straightforward as it sounds. I'll look at it with phase two of the forum linking project, which will be to link remedy names and potencies directly.

Best Wishes,
Simon
