help with over-masturbation

Im a 23 yr old male and I don't know what to do.
Well first off I’m pretty sure I masturbated too much. My whole life (from 6th grade on) I knew I thought I had testicular cancer. So I wasn't shocked when I found out I had brain cancer. In my third year of college, when I was 22, I was walking to work when I saw some white flashes of light. I went to the eye doctor the next week and he saw pressure on my eyes. He said to get an MRI and they saw a mass in my head in the right 4th ventricle. One week later I had brain surgery and the mass was removed. It was a Medullablastoma 4. I was fine after the surgery but then developed numerous problems: hydrocephalus, 2 surgeries for shunts, DVt, septic shock, pneumonia and pneumonia aspiration. I was in the ICU for 2 months with akinetic mutism and was on a breathing machine and also a heart machine. Since then I have had 2 other surgeries for shunt malfunctions, had 8 episodes of code blue where I would stop breathing for numerous reasons and have been in and out of hospitals for a total of a year. I presently am mentally all there but have had to re-learn everything. I am in a wheel chair but I kind of walk with a walker. I have had lots of difficulty with swallowing and after 2 months of being tube fed am presently making progress eating. I go to PT, OT and speech therapy daily. I also swim daily. I get a new treatment called vital stem that helps my chewing and swallowing problems. I have no memory of the post-surgery, in fact I didn’t type the 'story' part; my mom did. I need some advice. I need some help. I can't walk; I can barely talk. No doctor so far either believes me or knows what I’m talkin about when I mention masturbation. They usually laugh. I read something about PSAS and it sounded just like me. Except I think it's for woman only. I need some info. Please help me.
I want to know everything there is.
Here are my actual questions.
Is psas only for women? I could be wrong. Although i'm pretty sure that this whole ordeal is because I masturbated too much. I know masturbation is a normal healthy activity. So don't think I'm on a guilt trip. I'm extremely impotent. What can I do about it? I know know pretty much nothing about psas so far. What do you think I have? Are you an actual doctor? This is the most important question. What kind of doctor should I see? I have lots of severe/extreme back of the leg pain. What should I do? I've pretty much always been constipated; then again I've pretty much always had brain cancer. I think there is a connection. What do you think? I think my legs and jaw are getting weaker slowely. What do you think? I can hardly read and write. How should I go about that? Is there a cure or way to stop the condition? Also, how common is this? etc. Please help me.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
i dont think it has anything to do with masturbating. i used to masturbate alot and i was a bit worried like you are because i always have an itchy scalp and chest, but i went on wikipedia and it said that masturbating alot 'will not disable you physically or mentally'. so it must be something else
