luteal phase defect
Hi,I have been trying to conceive for the last ten months. I believe I have luteal phase defect. My Luteal phase after ovulation is about 10 days or less. One time it was 18 , I had a positive pregnancy test and then I miscarried a day after. I have used the charting method and know that I am ovulating because of the temperature spike, but my cycle only lasting 25- 26 days.
I have used vitamin B-6 in a B-complex as well as red raspberry leaf tea and while it lengthened my luteal phase two days it has stopped working now.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks
Ziggy

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nothing to get worried about since it is absolutely normal.
U can try:
Aurum mur Natronatum 6x throughout the cycle.

Hi Ziggy,
I have the same problem going on. I took Vit B6 this month but it didn't work. Before taking glucophage as prescribed by my doctor, I want to check with homeopathy. I heard that vitex could work but some people get terrible headaches so, as a migraine sufferer i am scared.
Have you started the medication? Please let me know the results.
Thanks
