falling down / vertigo
Hias the holiday season is approaching fast I want to ask for advice. I do not actually suffer from vertigo but just feel horrible when clmibing towers or ramparts during the sightseeing trips. I am capable of going ahead and doing it but cannot go near the edge as I have this certainty that if I go there I would be somehow pulled down or for no reason at all I would lose my balance and keel over. Even if I stand on glass I feel I would somehow squeeze through the tiny glass panel just to fall down.
What can I take and should I take it at the time or how much in advance before climbing to towers or castles etc. I thought that this might be Argentum?
