excema

i have patches of excema, one on my right bicep, one on my right calf that has now developed a secondary patch nxt to it. they are itchy and sensitve to the touch of clothing. they are better if i keep lotion on it, but never go away. i also have some occasional dry patches on my knees and inner elbow, but they will go away with lotion. i have tried various creams, supplements, and elimination diets with little change. i have eliminated detergents, and rarely use even my homemade soap, with little change. i am otherwise healthy, tho somewhat overweight and take no medication, other than psorizide ultra for the excema. it doesnt cure it, but does seem to soothe it. I sleep well, usually 8 interupted hours a night. i avoid almost all processed sugar, and eat very little natural sugars, tho i do consume fruit. my diet is primarily whole grains, farm raised meat, etc tho i do eat less healthy things occasionally. i have had no serious diseases, tho i have allergic rhinitis off and on, but its not bad enough to take medication for. i avoid most medication unless absolutely necessary. this started about 3 years ago. i would appreciate any help you can give, and will be glad to provide more details if needed.
