Buzzing

I suffer from chronic tinitus which started from childhood. But now lately, Im also suffering occational form of buzzing in the head, which also associates with tinitus. Oftentimes I would hear strange steam boat like noices, or lawnmowing whirring and my head takes on that feeling. I know it sounds strange when I describe it.

It started almost a year now and when I get this buzzing in the head, I feel lethargic, sleepy *tired* and even though I sleep very well. I have been dieting and lost 50 pounds and no longer suffer sleep apena, and insominac. I am 25 year old male, 280 pounds.

Pls if anyone has an answer to this problem im having, I would apprechate it. I want this gone and not suffer with this while im at work! Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
pls try psorinum 1m fortnightly one doses of two drops and Myristica 6 daily one doses morning (pls do not take this medicine on psorinum day)
