re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-08-14

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

In spite of my repeated posts & in spite of having all the information you need, you have chosen not to answer to my query. I'm assuming you do not wish to continue with my case further. So I thank you for your help so far.

Although your treatment has helped in reducing the symptoms, the fistula/abcess is still there. It is not cured.

Thank you once again & God bless

Regards,
Megastar

Good morning, Nawaz Sahab,

Here is my update. Took BV Q for three days as instructed by you, along with Calendula Q as before and Alumen 30C (bed time). Currently, there is no pain or swelling or discharge.

Pls suggest what remedies to take from tomorrow?

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-08-01

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Hello! This is an update. I have been continuing with one dose of Hypericum 200c in the morning daily, two doses of Calendula Q during the day and added one dose of Calc Phos 200c at bed time for the last three days.

There was a discharge of two drops of blood mixed with pus (light brown) two days ago. After that there has been no problem at all. The fistula/abcess area is pain-free and dry. So what remedy to take now?

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-07-28

Ok. Will take Calc Phos 200c also. I'm assuming you are telling me to continue with Hypericum 200c and Calendula Q also at the same time like before?

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-07-28

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Hope this finds you in good health and high spirits. Here is the latest update from me: I have taken one dose of Hypericum 200C and two doses of Calendula Q daily for last six days as per your instructions. There has been no discharges or swellings since last six days. But the fistula/abscess area looks almost the same as before. No visible shrinkage of the area or healing of the skin. The wound is as tender as before.

Kindly suggest what is to be done now? I have not taken any remedy today.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-07-19

Thank you for the clarification, Nawaz Sahab. Will follow your instructions and report to you after some days. :)

Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-07-19

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Thanks for the clarification. Just to confirm, Calendula Q is to be taken internally or externally? We previously used Calendula Q for washing the wound area externally.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-07-19

'Please only take Calendula and Hypericum as before, for 5 days.'

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

I don't think I've ever taken Hypericum before. And which Calendula? Do you mean Calendula Q for external use?

Kindly check my records again. You might be mixing up my case with someone else.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-07-18

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Hope you are well. I'm giving you an update after about 10 days. I have been taking one dose (one drop) of Alumen 30C daily in the morning and one dose (4 drops) of Calc Phos 200C in the evening. There was a discharge of pus (light brown) & blood once around 6 days ago. After that the fistula/abcess has not given any trouble. At present, there is no swelling or discharge. The area is dry most of the time.

Kindly advise what remedy is to be taken now. Should I continue with the same?

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-07-08

'Just some stickiness is there'
Please explain in detail.

Good evening, Nawaz Sahab,
The fistula/abcess area is almost dry at present. But I'll describe to you the exact picture of the wound area.

There are two small openings (the size of two needle points) still visible in the skin of the wound area (about 3/4 of an inch in size), from which blood/pus discharges, whenever a discharge happens (after a swelling). Such a discharge of blood happened only once in the last 5 weeks or so, as I had reported to you earlier.

The present situation is that even the little stickiness (wetness from a transparent fluid) which was there earlier is now gone, as of today. The area is completely dry, but the skin of the area is still raw and I can see the two reddish needle points. I would consider the fistula/abcess completely healed when these two needle pointed openings disappear and the skin of the wound area becomes the same color as the rest of the normal skin in that area. For that to happen, we must make the occasional swelling & discharge of blood to completely stop.

I have been taking one dose of Alumen 30c daily in the morning as per your instruction. I feel that this remedy has worked the best on me so far. So should I continue with the same dose of Alumen 30C now or do you want to make a change?

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-07-07

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

How are you? Here is an update from me. I have stopped BV Q after taking it for 3 days as instructed by you and now continuing with only one dose of Alumen 30c in the morning daily.

The fistula/abcess is not giving much trouble these days. No swelling or pain at present. Just some stickiness is there. Pls advise what remedies to take now.

Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-06-29

Good morning, Nawaz Sahab,

'Yes, and may be from exertion?
What did you do yesterday?'

Did nothing extraordinary, it was a usual day. No physical exertion, just normal physical activity. But was just feeling a bit pessimistic & low because something I was hoping for did not materialize. It could be that plus the Coke which I drank.

Will take BV Q and Alumen 30c as instructed and report to you after a few days. Many thanks.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-06-28

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Thank you for your prayers and your blessings as always. I stopped all remedies since last 3 days.

And here is the latest update. There was pain & swelling since today morning and 3-4 drops of blood (no pus) got released this afternoon, which gave me relief from the pain & swelling. Point to be noted is that this swelling & discharge of blood has happened after a gap of almost a month. Possible reasons for this swelling could be:

1. I stopped all remedies since last 3 days. OR

2. I drank a big glass of Coke yesterday night. It's too hot here, so couldn't resist the cold drink. Could it be because of this aerated, fizzy drink?

Please advise what to do now?

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-06-28

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-06-25

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

How are you? Hope all good. This is an update from me. Have been taking Alumen 30c twice daily as per your instructions.

Currently there is no pain, no soreness, but a very miniscule watery transparent discharge of maybe 1 drop daily. I am glad to tell you that the swelling of fistula/abcess and building up of pus cycle has been broken for almost a month now. There has been no swelling or build up of pus for the last one month or so.

Kindly advise what is to be done now.

Regards,

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-06-17

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Hope you are well. Here is an update. I took one dose of Thuja 200 last Monday and stopped everything else since then. Have not been taking any remedies since last Monday. There is a small discharge of 1-2 drops daily from the fistula/abcess area which is Watery transparent to very light brown in color. Other than that there is no problem and the fistula area seems to be shrinking and is not giving any pain.

Pls advise what is to be done now.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-06-09

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

I will be able to take the dose of Thuja 200c on Monday. This is because I'm travelling right now. Sorry about the delay in taking it and also for my delayed responses. I will surely take the dose of Thuja on Monday.

But just for your feedback, I have to report to you that Alumen 30c seems to have worked very well on me.

Hope all is well with you. Will now report a few days after taking Thuja 200c on Monday.

Thanks & warm regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-06-08

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Thank you again. Will take 4 drops of Thuja 200c mixed in 1/4 cup of mineral water today and I am stopping all other remedies.

Just to update, I was taking Alumen 30C and Calendula Q till yesterday. At present the fistula area is completely dry and is not giving any trouble at all. I am hoping that the area will heal completely in due course and the scar will vanish fully. Thanks for your prayers. Will report again after a few days.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-06-05

Hello dear Nawaz Sahab,

Update: I've been taking Alumen 30 along with Calendula Q as instructed by you for the last 10 days or so. There has not much change. The fistula/abcess is not swelling up with pus/blood any more but there is still some soreness and stickiness in the area.

The good news is that over the last one month or so, the cycle of build up of pus/blood after every 5-6 days has been broken. Now this does not happen any more. But the area is not dry and is not healing as fast as we would like it to. There is soreness & stickiness (creamish white/light brownish).

Pls advise what remedy to follow now. Should I continue with Alumen 30 and Calendula Q or it has to be changed?

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-05-23

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

How are you? Hope all is well. I'm writing to you after two weeks now to update you about my situation. You had advised me to just use Calendula Q externally and stop everything else. I have followed your instructions and glad to report that there has not been any trouble in the last two weeks. The fistula/abcess has not given me much discomfort, and not any major discharge/swelling either. Just a wee bit of wetness/stickiness in the area at the end of the day. Like just one/two very small droplet stains left on my underwear at the end of the day, cream/light yellow in color.

Pls advise what remedy should be taken now.

Hello everyone,

I am here to give my feedback on the great help being provided by Mr. Nawaz on this forum. There has been a marked improvement in my fistula/abcess case since I started taking his treatment. He is a blessing to all of us from God Almighty. I am sure with his dedication and God's blessings, I will be fully cured soon.

Regards to all,
Megastar.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-05-08

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

I have been taking 1-2 drops of Alumen 30 in two sips of water. One dose per day for the last nearly two weeks. Although the fistula is not giving me any pain and there is not much discharge or swelling at present, I want to tell you that it is still there. It has not gone. It seems to be shrinking in size, but very slowly.

I will definitely give a good feedback in the link you have given. You are doing a marvellous job of helping people here. May God Bless you :)

Now awaiting your further instructions.

Thanks & regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-05-08

Yes, sir, there is no bleeding at present. Actually, I have been so busy these past days, I really didn't have the time to even look at the fistula in the mirror. But have been taking your remedy on time as per your instructions.

Awaiting your further instructions.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-05-08

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

How are you? Hope you are doing fine. I'm reporting to you after about 10 days. You would be glad to know that my fistula/abcess did not give me any trouble during my travel. There was a discharge of 2-3 drops of blood (no pus) only once few days back. Other than that, there is no swelling, no pain and the fistula seems to be shrinking & healing.

I have been continuing with one dose of Alumen 30 daily and also Calendula Q as per your instructions.

Pls advice whether I need to change anything or continue with the same remedy.

Thanks and regards,

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-26

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Yes, I have taken the Sulphur 200c single dose today.

'What color is the sticky material?'
It is cream color (very light brown).

Today is the last day of the Alumen 30 dosage which you instructed. Pls advise whether I should continue to take it or you want to change it? Pls tell me what medicine to take for the next week-ten days. And pls reply as soon as you see this as I may not have access to internet after this for some time.

Thanks & regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-25

Ok, Nawaz Sahab, will take one dose of Sulphur 200C asap. Just wanted to inform you that I will be travelling soon & may not have access to the internet for a week or two. So pls advise me what medicines I should take for the next two weeks.

Tomorrow will be the 4th day of my taking Alumen 30. Pls advise what medicine to take after that. Just to remind you, I am currently not having any bleeding or pus or pain etc. The fistula area is usually dry but sticky at times.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-25

Good morning, Nawaz Sahab

'You need to stop BV Q. Also, take a dose of Sulphur 200C asap'

I already stopped taking BV Q three days ago, as per your instructions. You asked me to take Alumen 30 for four days, so I am taking that only. Today is the third day of Alumen 30.

Pls clarify what exactly is 'one dose of Sulphur 200c'. How many drops in two sips of mineral water? I am assuming that this Sulphur 200C is in liquid form. I will buy it today.

I have Calcarea Sulphurica 12x also in my stock.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-24

'What are the other symptoms such as bleeding, pain, pus, itching and constipation?'

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Happy to report that there is no bleeding, no pain, no pus, no itching, no constipation at present. But there is usually itching in the morning when I wake up, just before BM. The fistula/abcess seems to be healing, but at a slow pace.

The other symptoms which I described earlier of an increased urge to urinate etc. have start just about two weeks ago. Are they in any way related to the remedies I'm taking?

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-24

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Just wanted to give you an update of a symptom which I have been experiencing since last 2 weeks. I am feeling a constant burning sensation at the tip of my penis since last two weeks. I feel this burning sensation while urinating and also generally throughout the day. I have also noticed that my frequency of urination has also increased. What could be the reason for this? I am drinking about 3-4 litres of water daily.

Is this symptom in any way related to the medicines I'm taking for the Fistula? Just to remind you, I have been taking BV Q since last two weeks and started taking Alumen 30c since last two days. The fistula/abcess itself has not given me much trouble and seems to be healing slowly.

Just thought I should tell you about this new symptom also. What do you think is the reason for this?

Warm regards & Thanks as always :)

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-22

Ok Sir, will do. But I have not taken Hypericum as yet. You said it was to be taken for pain when needed, and I didn't feel the need till date. I have only been taking BV Q and Calendula Q recently.

So now, for the next 4 days, I have to take Alumen 30 along with Calendula Q only? If I understand you correctly, you are telling me to stop taking BV Q....correct? Pls confirm.

Thanks & regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-22

No, it's in liquid form. A bottle of two inches height.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-22

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

There is no bleeding as such at present, just that a couple of tiny drops of fluid (very light brown pus mixed with blood) appeared yesterday. Other than that the area has been mostly dry. There has been no big swelling of the area or pain since last one week. The fistula/abcess area seems to be shrinking, but very slightly. I have a small qty of Alumen 30 in my stock at present.

Awaiting your instructions.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-22

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Hope you are fine. This is just an update from my side. I'm following your instructions and currently continuing with BV Q and Calendula Q. I've not had much problem since last one week (when I gave you my last update). The fistula/abcess area seems to be slightly shrinking. There was an appearance of couple of tiny drops of pus mixed with blood (light brown color) after an interval of 3-4 days. Other than that there has not been much pain or discomfort.

Pls advise whether I should continue with the same remedy.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-14

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Greetings! Here is an update. Have been taking BV Q and Calendula Q as per your instructions since the last six days. I've had a discharge of blood/pus only once since then, that was yesterday morning. Other than that I have been well and feeling normal. The fistula/abcess is not giving me any pain, but it is still there. It's not healing yet.

Please instruct what to do next.

Regards,

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-08

Many thanks again, Nawaz Sahab. Just now taken one dose of Ars Alb 200c (4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water) and am now going to bed. Will continue with BV Q and Calendula Q from tomorrow as instructed by you before. There is no fever now and I should be back to normal by tomorrow morning. Will update you in 2-3 days.

Good night & God bless :)

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-08

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Many thanks for your blessings. I hope God is listening.

'Do you have Ars Alb 200C?'

Yes sir, I have it and also have Ars Alb 30. Let me know if you want me to start Ars Alb 200C now or BV Q? Awaiting your instructions. I didn't take any remedy today other than the usual Calendula Q external use.

I try to avoid forcing a discharge from my fistula as much as possible. But if I don't do it then it will burst on its own by doing some other activity during the day. It is very inconvenient if it happens when I am outside my house doing some work. Would unnecessarily stain my underwear. But I get your point, I will avoid it as much as possible.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-08

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Good morning. Yes, the swelling was there because of the build of blood/pus. This is the cycle which keeps repeating since years. The fistula swells up like a bubble with build up of blood & pus, and then when the pain becomes too much it either bursts on its own or I have to burst it by putting pressure with my fingers on the sides of the fistula. The fistula/abcess has two openings (side by side) through which discharge comes out. Today morning also I had to burst the swelling up fistula, and mostly blood was discharged. Very little pus, say only 5%. I cannot tell you the color of the pus because it comes out mixed with blood only and just lightens the color of the blood a bit. Today around 6-7 big drops of blood was discharged. Now after the discharge, I am feeling some relief. That's the only way I get relief from the pain since years.

To tell you about my other symptoms, today morning the fever is gone but there is a lot of weakness. Summer time is arriving in the city and heat is rising. I am feeling very thirsty since the last few days. I am drinking a lot of water but as soon as I drink I also feel the urge to urinate. It seems I am having less control over my urinations since the last few days. Don't feel like eating much due to the fever and weakness and the heat so bowel movements are almost normal at present. I avoid going out in the heat and have not gone out since the last three days.

It seems I am going through the worst time of my life health-wise, financially & emotionally. I have been living alone for the last 6 years and eating outside food. But my health was reasonably good till the last one month. My parents are worried about my health and are asking me to come back to live with them. So I'm planning to change cities in the next few weeks.

It seems God has forgotten completely about me. I'm in so much trouble from all sides, all at once.

I hope you can help me, Nawaz Sahab.

Regards
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-07

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Continued with BV Q and Calendula Q till tonight. But the fistula has been swelling up again since yesterday. Also, there is high fever. I don't know if the fever is because of the fistula swelling or the swelling is because of the fever.

Just now had to take a Crocin (paracetamol) tablet for the fever after dinner. Now I am going to bed hoping the fever will be gone by tomorrow morning.

Pls advise whether to continue with BV Q and Calendula Q from tomorrow or do I need to make some change.

Thanks & regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-05

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Today is the third day of taking Burberis Vulgaris Q along with continuing with Calendula Q. There was again a build up of painful swelling since yesterday which discharged couple of hours ago.

First 4-5 big drops of pus (Creamish color), followed by 6-7 big drops of blood. Feeling a little feverish & weak.

The last discharge was on the 2nd April and today is 5th April. So this discharge has come just after 3 days.

Will continue with BV Q till tomorrow as instructed by you. This is just to update you about the current situation.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-02

Ok, Nawaz Sahab. Will take BV Q also as before.

Thanks & regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-02

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

There was very little pus in what was drained out today morning. Say just around 10%, then rest 90% was blood. The color of the pus was possibly creamish. But I'm feeling absolutely normal after the drainage since morning. I seriously believe that I'm getting better and we can definitely break this swelling build up cycle. As it is, the swelling happened after many days. Also, the size of the fistula/abcess is reducing.

I am sure that together we can permanently cure this. :) I will follow your instructions. Will use only Calendula Q for a week now as you advised and will report to you after a week or if I notice a change, whichever happens earlier.

Regards & God bless,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-02

Dear Nawaz Sahab,
Thank you so much for the blessings! My internet connection was broken since yesterday so couldn't reply earlier.

I stopped the Ars Alb 200 since yesterday and continuing with Calendula Q. But since yesterday morning there has been a swelling again in the area like a bubble, which burst today morning releasing 5-6 drops of blood mixed with little pus. After the drainage there is no swelling or pus at present. And I am feeling relieved at present. So the cycle of build up of pus/blood and then the drainage has returned? I want to get rid of this cycle for good. If we could break this cycle for even a month then I think I will be fully cured.

Pls advise what to do next?

Thank you for the diet & other instructions. I will follow them fully. Even right now, I never over eat or over do anything. I try to maintain a balance in everything including my diet. I don't smoke. Hardly ever drink. I eat mostly a vegetarian diet, with boiled eggs sometimes and very occasional non veg. Stay away from Pepsi, Coke & other aerated cold drinks.

Thank you again for your blessings.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-04-01

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

As instructed by you, I continued with Ars Alb. 200C for two more days. The fistula/abcess continues to be dry and without pain. It seems to have shrunk in size just a little bit, but it is still there.

Pls advise what to do next.

Thank you & regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-30

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Hope all is well with you. Here is an update from me. Took Arsenicum Album 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 2 times a day, for 4 days...as per your instruction. Also continued with Calendula Q.
Happy to report that the fistula/abcess has not swelled up with pus in the last four-five days, has kept dry, and seems to be shrinking. There is no pain either.

What is to be done now. Pls advise.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-24

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

I bought the Arsenicum Album 200c in liquid form. Will be ready to start it from day after tomorrow. My antibiotic course is ending tomorrow.

Pls instruct me the dosage. And whether I should continue with Calendula Q? By the time my fistula/abcess heals completely, my kitchen will have a seperate section of Homeopathic Pharmacy! lol...just kidding :))

God bless & regards
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-24

'First, you must finish the antibiotics course. Stop all remedies immediately.'

Yes, Nawaz Sahab. I have done that from today. The loose motions (food poisoning problem) was unrelated to fistula so I got it treated from my local doctor. I hope you understand. I am back to normal now and will finish the antibiotic tablets tomorrow.

So I should be ready to start with the next medicines prescribed by you for my fistula/abcess condition. It takes me one day to procure the medicines you suggest. So kindly tell me the next course of action considering the present condition.

Present Condition:
There is no pain in the wound area now. There is no build up of pus at present but the wound feels sticky.

Pls suggest the next remedies to be taken so that I can procure them from the market by tomorrow.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-24

When did you finish taking the antibiotics?

I will finish the antibiotics course tomorrow.

Can you send me the pic again for evaluation?

See my first post to you with Pic here: http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/1127/122

Didn't you get your Fistula checked by a doctor in your area?

No. I have only taken Homeopathic medicine for my fistula/abcess so far.

So can you pls confirm if what I have is a fistula or abcess or something else? You have seen the picture. Can you pls tell me your diagnosis? What exactly is my condition called and how long do you think it will take to heal completely?

Pls advise what to do next.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-23

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

How are you? Hope in good health. Here is an update from me.

1. The loose motions I was having may have been a result of food poisoning since I order most of my food from hotels. My neighbourhood doctor treated me with antibiotics and I am now almost back to normal.

2. Have been taking Arsenicum Album 30c as instructed by you simultaneously for the last three days. There is no pain in the wound area now. There is no build up of pus at present but the wound feels sticky.

Pls advise what to do next? Can you pls confirm if what I have is a fistula or abcess or something else? You have seen the picture. Can you pls tell me your diagnosis? What exactly is my condition called and how long do think it will take to heal completely?

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the time you spend in helping so many patients on this forum. May God bless you.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-20

Thank you, Nawaz Sahab.

Will purchase your prescribed medicines tomorrow & start them as instructed.

Today, I have taken full bed rest so the loose motions + fever situation is better now. Should be able to go out tomorrow.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-20

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Physical condition: Have been experiencing a lot of pain in the wound area since last three days. And also had fever since yesterday. Had loose motion this morning twice (watery). Feeling weak at present. The fistula/abcess has remained wet & painful since the last few days.

Just taken a tablet of Dependal after breakfast with milk to ease the loose motions. Stopped all other medication except the Calendula Q since today morning.

Mental condition: Have been going through a spell of bad luck in work and am under a lot of stress causing conflicts with various people.

Pls help.

Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-19

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Took Alumen 3x as per your instructions for 5 days and continued with Calendula Q. But there has been no improvement in my condition.

Just to update you, I have taken a course each of Burberis Vulgaris Q, Calc Sulph 12x and Alumen 3x as per your instructions. Out of these three remedies, I have got the most relief by using the BV Q remedy. This is just to give you feedback.

Now what should I do next?

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-13

'Sorry, there is no alternative remedy.'

I will try to search for Alumen 3x in the city again tomorrow. If I don't find, then it will take minimum 2 weeks to arrive by online order.

Should I stop all medicines till the next 2 weeks then?

Regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-13

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

I only told you the practical problem that I am facing in procuring Alumen 3x. It is not available anywhere in my entire city. Pls don't get upset. It is something which is not in my hands.

Pls suggest any workable alternative if Alumen 30 is strictly not to be taken.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-13

'I am afraid that Alumen 30C will not perform well in your current situation. Please try to get or order online 1x-3x asap.

Good luck.'

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

I have tried everywhere, but unable to get Alumen 3x. If I order online, it will cost me 25 times more than what it will cost in my city. Also, it will take a minimum of 3-4 weeks to arrive. :(

My pharmacist told me Alumen 30 is the same medicine, only with a higher potency. I was also told that Alumen is usually prescribed for Constipation. Let me assure you that I do not have any problem of constipation.

So now the crux of the matter is that I only have Alumen 30 with me at present. Should I take it or not? Pls advise what to do.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-13

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Alumen 3x is not supplied anywhere in my city. Only Alumen 30 (liquid form) was available, so I got that. So will there be any change in the dosage due to the change in potency? Or should I mix 2 drops in 2 sips and take it three times a day as you advised before?

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-13

Thank you, Nawaz Sahab,

Will do as you advised & will report back in a few days.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-12

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Here is the update on my situation. Took Calcarea Sulphurica 12x in pills form (dissolved in water) as per your instructions for 4 days. Also continued with Calendula Q (external)as per your advice.

1. There was a build up of pus in the abcess/fistula area for the last few days which resulted in discomfort & pain. Yesterday there was a discharge of light brownish fluid (pus mixed with blood) 3-4 drops.

2. After the discharge I have experienced relief and the area is dry at present.

3. Also noticed that there is a slight reduction in the size of the wound since we began treatment 10 days ago.

Pls advise me what to do next?

Thanks & regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-07

Ok. Will follow your instructions and will report to you the progress after 3-4 days or in case of a change in situation, whichever is earlier.

Thank you once again :)

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-07

I got Calcarea Sulphurica 12x in pills form. Now pls let me know how to go ahead with this and whether to continue with BV Q and Calendula Q (external) also?

Any food/diet precautions I need to take?

Thanks & regards
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-07

There is no bleeding at present. I believe Calc Sulph 12x will be in pellet form? Will get it tonight itself. Pls advice the dosage of Calc Sulph 12x and whether to continue with the previous medicines also?

Thanks & Regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-07

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

As per your advice, continued with the BV Q for two more days. There were 1-2 small drops of white-creamish colored pus released today. But the abscess has not swelled like before since the start of your treatment seven days ago. The noticeable changes till today are :

1. There has been very little pus accumulation in the affected area as compared to before.

2. The size of the affected area seems to have slightly decreased.

I hope that in the coming days, the abcess/fistula will completely dry up and heal fully. Pls advice me what to do next?

Thanks & regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-04

The improvement is thanks to you, Nawaz Sahab :)

There was no bleeding for the first 2-3 days. Only yesterday and today there were a couple of small drops of blood when I squeezed the area due to little discomfort. The area is not swelling up with pus as it used to. There is no pus, I think. The quality of the blood was thin.

Pls tell me what to do next.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-03-04

Hello Nawaz Sahab,

I took the medicines which you suggested Berberis Vulgaris Q internally and Calendula Q externally, as per your instructions. I'm happy to report that there seems to be some improvement in my condition after 5 days of your treatment (today is the 5th day).

Earlier, the abcess/fistula used to swell up with pus every 3-4 days, but since the start of your treatment there has been no accumulation of pus in the affected area and I generally felt better. Meaning there was less discomfort in the area. Only a very small amount of blood came out on squeezing when slight discomfort was there.

Is it that my problem is related to sitting long hours in front of the computer? Also want to tell you here that this fistula/abcess first developed 10 years ago after my first LONG DISTANCE international flight. I am telling you this so that you can pinpoint the root of the problem.

Please advice me whether to continue with the same medicines now or do you want to change them?

Thanks & regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-02-28

Great. I've got the medicines you said for the first round of treatment. Will begin it from tomorrow morning. Will report to you as soon as I notice some change in the condition or at the end of 5 days, whichever happens earlier. Thanks & regards. God bless :)

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-02-28

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

I will be buying the medicines prescribed by you for the first round of treatment, i.e. Berberis Vulgaris Q and Calendula Q today. The reason I asked you the last question was because I wanted to know whether I should buy the medicines that you said I might need later (Calc Sulph 200C, Alumen 3X and 200C, Sulphur 200C, Thuja 200C and Lycopodium 200C) also today itself? Or should I wait to buy those medicines after seeing the changes that might occur with the use of tht first round of medicines? Pls advise.

Thanks & regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2012-02-27

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Will get all your named medicines tomorrow itself and begin your treatment immediately afterwards.

I'll keep the medicines which you said I would need down the road ready also. I'm assuming I will need them after the initial 5 days of Burberis Vulgaris Q use? So this means I should report to you after 5 days now? ..... May God bless you.

Thanks & regards

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

I am suffering from a very old (10 years) anal fistula or abcess. Photo is attached. Had tried respected Joe's remedy in between around 5 years ago, but it did not work. Dear Joe,

I have been taking your remedy combination of Silicia 6x (twice a day), Arnica 30c liquid mixed water (1 spoonful twice a day) and the Ointment after every bowel movement for the last FOUR YEARS NOW BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I even increased the potency of Silicia to 200x (as it is more effective than 6x for me). At best, your remedy has only helped to CONTAIN the fistula, but HAS NOT CURED IT AT ALL.

Just to remind you of my case, I have a very small single fistula (about 4mm in diameter) near my anus (less than one inch from the anus) which oozes pus when squeezed. Have to drain it once every 3-4 days approximately.

What do you suggest I should do now? Continue with your remedy forever?

Regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2008-01-05

I agree with Beth. Homeopathy and Joe's prescription HAS NO CURE for anal fistula. I tried Joe's therapy for more than one year, word for word, and did not even consume any alcohol or coffee as advised by him. YET, HIS THERAPY HAS FAILED.

Don't waste your time with Joe's therapy. Try your luck with surgery or any other new method that may have come up. I wish somehow my anal fistula would get cured, but till date have not tried surgery because of the overwhelmingly negative comments posted by people who had tried surgery. Almost 80-90% said that they had to go for repeated surgeries. This has scared me and so far prevented me from going in for a surgery. The fear that surgeries could do more damage to the anal area is a big deterrent for going in for a surgery. This is also a fact that the more surgeries you go for, the more money the surgeon makes. It is sad that the surgeons actually have a vested interest in your condition getting prolonged.

Will anal fistula patients have to live with their conditions for life? It is such a shame on medical science that they do not yet have a permanent cure for it.

re: anal fistula- fissure 2007-03-13

Hi Vahboy,
You sure are a lucky boy. I have been taking Joe's therapy of arnica 30c and silicea 6x and antibiotic ointment for the last six months and have not been cured yet. The cycle of drainage keeps recurring every two weeks or so. Any suggestions? Send some of your luck my way also please so that I also get cured.

Cheers!

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-11-27

LOL. ROFL. Does anyone else also see the humour in this ongoing tug-of-war between Murthy and Joe? LOL.

They say laughter is the best medicine....LOL....maybe I'll get cured by this.

LOL

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-11-26

Dear Joe,

Yes, I have been following your instructions to the T. I will continue with your therapy, and surgery is definitely NOT an option as I have seen not a single case who has been permanently cured by it.

Just to inform you that I had been on Homeopathic treatment for the last nearly 4 years even before I started your therapy. I just found from my old doctor that the treatment I was taking before starting yours was one dose of Silicea 10M every month. But as you can see it did not help much. Just thought that I should give you this information if it might be of any use to you.

The current position is that I am, at best, only managing the fistula with periodical cycle of drainage. I am optimistic that I will be permanently cured soon.

Regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-11-26

Dear Joe,

Giving you the report after being two months into your therapy. Every 15 days or so, the outer abcess gets closed and the pus builds up inside causing pain. The pain relieves after drainage and there is a peace and calm for the next 10-14 days or so. This cycle has been continuing since a very long time. Am I going to get cured? If yes, how much longer do you think it might take?

Regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-11-09

Dear Murthy,

So, as per your last comment you admit that you are NOT a 'competent homeopath'. And it is obvious to all by now that you have NO CLUE whatsoever how to treat me or other fistula patients here.

Whoever heard of answering 135 questions before getting treatment from a homeopath. I know many competent classical homeopaths also and I never came across one who asks 135 questions from his/her patients before starting treatment. Are questions about my income and my bank balance also a part of the questionnaire? LOL.

My final word to you, Murthy, is that your comments on this thread are OF ZERO VALUE to any of the patients here and you should go get a life.

I am going to continue with Joe's therapy.

Regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-11-08

Dear Murthy,
After going through the discussion you are having with Joe about Miasms. I googled for this word and came up with this useful link:

http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/homeopathy_miasm_gina....

According to the information posted on the above link page Miasms are of four types and Fistula is given under the category of Syphlictic Miasm. So, my question is this: If the info given in the above weblink is true, then it implies that everyone who suffers from a fistula, suffers from the same Miasm. So, logically if every fistula patient has the same Miasm then the treatment for all such patients would also be more or less, the same. Wouldn't it?

Ofcourse, it is known to everybody that all diseases are due to either genetics or the environment in which one lives. Your mental/emotional health affects your physical health too. I agree to that. Who in this world, does not have one or the other disease??

After the info you have provided about Miasms, the next logical question is HOW TO REMEDY THEM if not by medicines? By counselling?? LOL. Do you have the answer to that??

I could find all the information I need about Homeopathy if I spend some time in googling pages like the link I have given above. But I neither have the time nor the inclination to become a Homeopathy expert. I have other things to do. I would rather let an expert help me out with advise on curing my fistula.

And I thought that Joe is the expert who could help me with my fistula problem that's why I'm taking his therapy. If you think you can do better than him, then you should SPELL OUT YOUR THERAPY to me. I think you now have all the information you need about my particular case and you should have been able to provide some remedy to me if you do not agree with Joe's.

But all you do is find faults with Joe's therapy without giving an ALTERNATIVE THERAPY of your own.

Regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-11-07

Dear Murthy,
Again, you have side-stepped the real questions I asked:

What is the 'deeper problem' (which you mentioned to Vahboy) in fistula patients and how, in your opinion, should it be treated?

In absence of any answer from you to this question, I don't think anyone would take you seriously. I take your point that you are posting your messages with an intention of helping the patients here, but frankly, they are not really helping.

I wish you all the best too. Regards

Dear Joe,
For the last four years or so, I have only been managing it by draining the fistula regularly. I have not opted for surgery because I have not yet met or heard from a single patient who was treated with surgery, that their problem was permanently cured. I find managing the fistula with periodical drainage a slightly better option than facing the risk of surgery. I was taking homeopathic medicine for it even before I came to this website and started your treatment. But it did not help in curing it.

Since I have been following your therapy only for the last approx. 5 weeks, it is too early to give a verdict on it. I am taking your therapy (and will continue with it) because the logic behind the function of each of your prescriptions sounds good to me, theoretically. Let's see whether it can cure me in practice. I believe in the power of positive thinking and will take your therapy with the hope that it might cure me permanently.

Regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-11-07

Dear Murthy,

My situation is somewhat similar to Vahboy's. I quote you: ' Your fistula is the visible expression of some deeper problem in you'. Unquote.

It is only appropriate that you should have elaborated on the 'deeper problem' which Vahboy suffers from, rather than just making a loose statement like this.
So, what according to you is the deeper problem which all fistula patients have which becomes visible in the form of the abcess??

I have noticed that though you criticize Joe's therapy, you do not give any ALTERNATIVE therapy of your own. Your excuse is that each patient's case is different.

If you read the old pages in this topic you will find my case history in my first post on this topic. But I will repeat it for your convenience. My fistula first developed approx. four years ago after a long overseas flight. My work also involves sitting for long hours in front of the computer. I had been taking homeopathic medicine before becoming aware of this website, but it did not help. After taking Joe's therapy for 5 weeks, my fistula has drained 4-5 times but the outer wound is still open. There is a small amount of pus-blood which wets the wound on a daily basis. Now there is no drainage from the inner opening and the discomfort level is less. I don't expect any miracles to happen in one month of Joe's therapy so I am willing to continue with it for a few more months as I hope it might help me.

If you have any better therapy than Joe's then pls tell me in your reply. Otherwise, pls do not confuse the patients and spread negativity here.

Regards,
Megastar

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-11-04

Dear Murthy,

Quoting you: 'No.Surgery is not the answer.

classical homeopathy..

similar remedy

single remedy

Minimum dose

Repeat only when required.

Chang the medicine if symptoms change.

is the answer. ' Unquote

So, what is your remedy? Pls give your therapy in full detail. Is your therapy based on clasical homeopathy and are you a qualified homeopath?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but according to my understanding, both you and Joe are only trying to help all the fistula patients on this thread in your own different ways. Your goal is to cure us and not to get into a competition with each other......right?

Pls help.

Regards to both you and Joe

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-11-03

Dear tbird & Joe,

I am around 5 weeks into Joe's therapy and I have a good feeling about it. I think it might be working. My discomfort level has gone down with the drainage of the outer abcess. The inner opening of the fistula seems to have healed or is healing as there is no drainage of pus from the anus even when put pressure on the fistula area. The pus drains only from the OUTER abcess now.

I think the logic behind Joe's treatment is sound as he has provided 4 medications (arnica 30c, Silicea 6x, Nat phos and AB ointment) all of which have a specific part to play in the healing process.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that I am permanently cured....and so are all the others here.

Good luck and regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-11-02

Dear tbird,

Just wanted to tell you that even my fistula had developed after an overseas trip approx. 4 years ago. I think one of the possible causes of fistula is sitting continuously for long hours, like in a flight or in front of a computer.

But it is really surprising that medical science has made so much advancement in every disease except this one. I am really bewildered as to why there is no 100%permanent cure of this disease discovered yet. I think this is a very common disease in people over 30 and more research work should have been done to find a cure for it.

I only hope that Joe's therapy works to cure this disease permanently.

Regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-10-28

Dear Joe,

Here is the latest report. I am one month into your therapy now. The external abcess drained again 4-5 days back. It has drained for about 4-5 times during the last one month. The hardness (lumpiness) in the affected area is reduced and the discomfort has also reduced a lot. It seems that your therapy might be working. I hope I am cured permanently soon.

Warm regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-10-18

Dear Joe,

Thank you so much for the help. I will continue with this therapy for as long as it takes to make the cure permanent.

Warm regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-10-17

Dear Joe,

When you asked me to drain my external abcess yesterday, it did not happen even after I tried. It was so painful even to touch that area. It was a punishment to even try to sit, it was so bad. And I had fever also because of it since the last two days. But a short while ago it drained spontaneously. It drained A LOT. The relief was immediate. Thank God for small mercies!

Joe, I have complete faith that you will be able to cure me. Pls tell me how much more time do I have to face this painful cycle of pus drainage?

I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Warm regards

re: anal fistula- fissure 2006-10-16

Dear Joe,

I was also using the Betadine ointment only which was given by my Chemist as an antibiotic ointment only. So, do I now have to look for another ointment? Finding an antibiotic ointment is really a problem for many here......since brands are all different in different countries, would it be possible for you to name the contents in the tube?

Also, I tried to induce the abcess area to drain by massaging like you said, but I think it is not yet ready for drainage. I feel that the inner opening of the fistula is getting closed and that is where the pain is concentrated, not in the outer abcess....which is also closed right now. The area is totally dry right now with both ends closed and I can feel a lot of soreness in the area between the outer opening and the inner opening of the fistula. Just reporting.

Warm regards
