Pankaj and John,
I think that Staphysagria is making itself known a bit now...Today, I got really upset towards my homeopath because she wants a 5 pages diary of what I eat in order to prescribe supplements for the cholesterol. The thing is... I have done that already when we first met!
It is already very hard for me to submit any info because submission triggers me a lot: I had to submit too much in the past to my parents and abusers.
Now, I have to submit my failure (food is my weakest point)one more time and it is humiliating and shameful to me. I told her that I am rebelling!
Tonight, I saw myself shouting at my partner when I told my story about the homeopath. My anger is increasing and more explosive which was an old pattern when we first met.She told me that I scared her.

Angry becos you didn't get good advice from your homeopath???
don't take it out on others.
Be focussed on getting well.
Heart palpitaion needs to be taken care of. Getting angry will make it worse.
Be forgiving to those who make mistakes. Otherwise you are hurting yourself first and them not.
High BP itself makesa person angry becos the head remains heavy. Keep cool. Best, Pankaj Varma

Pankaj,
I am angry because I am impatient and frustrated. My homeopath is not fast enough for me! One example: I mentioned the tongue flare to her and got nothing as a response!
I was surprised at my explosion tonight..therefore I think it could be staphysagria acting on my system. I have not been explosive like that in many years (5).
I also think I still have some anger to dig out from all the crap I went through.
Lashing out at others is a great way to escape our own responsabilities. I learned from my dad.
I have found someone who is helping me with the forgiveness part of my life. So, I am in the process! | This thread continues beneath the following ad.

when this 'buried' energy comes to light..it is good you have this person speak to==but important they are strong enough and unbiased enough not to get caught up in your personal drama....meantime you need be aware enough not to fall trap to your own machinations..

John,
Do you think it could staph doing this somehow?
| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From John Stanton [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-04 |
what exactly has 'set' off the anger (particularly?
| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From John Stanton [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-04 |
what did you feel after your anger episode?
| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From salem [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-04 |
I am trying to recall...
I think it was when my partner was saying something like... she did not think the message from the homeopath was a big deal. I exploded saying that it was affecting me much deeper than she was expressing.
| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From salem [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-04 |
In my old days I would stay angry for 3 days , totally shut down with depression and unforgiveness towards myself.
I did not feel remorse and guilt. I was able to further talk to my partner and tell her what I think it is going on with my anger. For about 3 hours after that, I stayed alone and I kept thinking about what I truly need and if this is the homeopath for me if she keeps triggering me like that.
Now, I feel calm, even though it is still in my mind.

The ancient sages from Hindu culture have defined ANGER as follows:
"To take revenge with own self for the mistakes of others !"
| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From John Stanton [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-04 |
it appears -- as you explained differences compared to past way--this is due to staph...
what exactly triggers upsetness --concerning foods ans dieting with yourself?please explain
| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From salem [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-04 |
Thanks John,
I believe what triggers me is when I am not being understood or my point of view is not being validated. Being contraried.

ok--when you are done with glon---talk with homoeopath concerning you --to start use of staph LM potencies--LM1 --if you do not have information on LM usage --and homoeopath of yours is ok with use --then i will post the procedure for daily use...this is as long as no new symptoms ocur at all...
| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From salem [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-05 |
Dear John,
I am fed up with my homeopath...she would never agree with staph LM1.
I told her via e-mail that I do not see any changes with staph and got no reply from her at all.
I told her about the flare on my tongue and got no reply at all.
She never did anything about the heart palpitations either.
You guys are helping me out more than she does!
Is it easy to get LM potencies or do you need a doctor to prescribe?
Can you explain why you would suggest Staph LM1? (I do not have info on LM usage.)

palpitation ??
BP??
HEadache??
Good luck Pankaj Varma | | |
| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From John Stanton [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-05 |
LM used for those sensitive to other potencies as well as chronic conditions once remdy is ASCERTAINED to be most homoeopathic for case..--
but i am being hasty--let's wait and see what occurs with your symptomology once you are stopped of all medicines for a while--reaccess at that point ..

Hi Pankaj and John,
Palpitations are still there but certainly better. I feel them more when I lay down or bend down slightly.
BP: This morning...145/88
No headaches. My periods are coming soon: and that is the real test!
I think I will enlist the help of another homeopath as I am dissatisfied with the one I got now.
I am in the process of changing my food habits, therefore it should help with the cholesterol, at the least.
John, To answer a question you asked me: my food choices is my weakest point in my life. It is where I show my lack of will (addiction). Therefore to display my lack of will in a 5 day food diary is shameful and humiliating to me.

essential fatty acids mentioned will help reduse cholestral adn blood pressure...as well as dietary changes --as you will

| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From salem [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-05 |
Real test meaning it is during my periods that I have headaches usually. For about one day or day and a half, I have to lay down and stay still with pressure on the aching spot, for relief. Oftentimes the headaches subside around 11 pm at night....sometimes it stays all night. But since I have been taking Nat. Mur. it really helped! Now that I have stopped taking Nat. Mur. and switched to staphysagria...we will see.
The palpitations started while taking Nat. Mur. # 12, 4 pellets/day, almost immediatly. Never happened before that.
Every day, at least one meal is Junk Food, like a pizza slice with 1/3 of the can of Coke (cannot drink more than that.)I love fries and hamburgers and mexican food.
I do not like to drink much....in fact, I loathe water. I force myself to drink one cup of water after I wake up. I do not drink much alcohol at all (1 drink a month).
| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From John Stanton [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-05 |
what type of alcohol is your preference? how much alcohol wil you drink at this time?
how does coffe effect you?
| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From John Stanton [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-05 |
how do you feel about ketchup ;mustard..? what other condiments are of your favour?
| Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosage | From salem [Log on to view profile] | on 2004-11-05 |
My alcohol preference is vodka or amaretto liquor. I do not like beer very much, I get bloated too fast. I drink one glass of wine on special occasions.I get drunk pretty fast, even with one glass.Vodka or Amaretto are easier on my system.
I do not drink coffee.
However, I like 70% chocolate. If I eat more than 2 squares (20g) of it, I start to have a slight foggy headache or my heart beats a bit faster.
I like all the condiments except hot peppers. Ketchup is prefered, then mustard, mayonaise, relish. I love pickles (sweet more than aneth). |
