Nat. Mur. next step/dosage

Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosageFrom PANKAJ VARMA [Log on to view profile] on 2004-10-23
Salem,
Your talk is very engaging.

Shaitzu....is ti like REIKI?

I have learnt Reiki and have practiced it on myself. I know it is useful. You can do it on others too.

Reiki has the same thing....can find out which part of the body is diseased...the AURA of the human being is depressed around that area.

Take Kali Phos. ... in all this you have probably forgotten that. It is tonic for the heart and the right med. for those whose emotinal side is very marked.

Takes away palpitation quickly.

Best,
Pankaj Varma

Hi Pankaj!
I have been taking Kali Phos for 6 days now.Did not forget! I do not feel any changes yet, either with heart palpitations or mental state.

I do Reiki as well...but went a little different very quickly. I will explain later!

Thanks Salty for your info! I am filing it in my mind and paper. We will see what the homeopath will suggests...

Dear Salty,
How were you doing emotionally amd physically before you started taking Nat. Mur? (and thought you could not have survived without it?)

Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosageFrom salem [Log on to view profile] on 2004-10-24
Dear Pankaj,

Shiatsu is a form a hand massage, different from swedish. I do not use oil because I use direct pressure on the body... Therefore the client can wear loose clothing.
Shiatsu is of japanese origin, about 130 years old, and uses the acupuncture meridians primarily. It affects, first of all, the nervous system instead of the muscular system because of the direct pressure application. (Different effect than a hand stroke.)
The goal of shiatsu is to find the "kyo" points (depletion of energy) and "Jitsu" points (excess energy) and therefore balance the "ki" all over the body. It takes 6 months to, sort of, easily feel the different points with your thumb...and then you have to learn to feel with your elbow!

Thanks...understand.

After taking Kali Phos did you notice any improvement in sleep?

Dear Salty,
How were you doing emotionally amd physically before you started taking Nat. Mur? (and thought you could not have survived without it?)
Emotionally I felt I was very slowly losing control and did kind of dwell on the past, which of course is not a healthy habit, also analyzing everything. Staying away from society because it was easier, safer.
Physically I was also falling apart, I kind of felt my heart was trying to tell me something, that it needed help, sweating, tiredness, puffiness, hairloss, very white and serrated tongue, stomach trouble, sleep trouble.
You might feel joy in at least knowing that you are not really yourself when you are controlled my all this imbalance, you are someone apart from yourself. You will get back your real self when all of this passes. Hang in there, the light is at the end of the tunnel.

Hi Salty and others,

I just learned that I will have to go see my dad in the coming weeks as he gets sicker... My anxiety just got quite higher: I had been postponing the deed for 4 years now. He is not the one who abused me but there is so much unfinished business (as a kid, I was terrorised by him)within the family!
Here is the chance to get it out of my system.

What you just said about your dad.....you need to join the Landmark Forum.

Unconditional love only comes from your parents and no where else.

The Power(energy) of the Universe reaches to you via your parents....you seem to know so much about human vibrations and energy in the body.

Just give it a thought.....I don't push anybody ....only encourage to explore !

Pl.see their web site first.

(Kindly note: I am in no way connected with them....other tahn the fact that I participated in a program many years back). I suugest this only because of the benefit it can bring to many who have deep emotinal layers locked up with in them !

Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosageFrom salem [Log on to view profile] on 2004-10-26
Hello John, Pankaj and Murthy,

Just came back from the homeopath...and she recommends that I take Staphysagria, 1 dose of # 6 to start and report in 2 days. She thinks it will help the visit with my dad as well. Good Work John! She wants to see what would happen regarding my suppressed anger.

And, Pankaj, the heart palpitations have disappeared as of last night and I slept well also! Yeah! Not to mention that I think Kali Phos helped a tidbit the throbbing in my teeth, somewhat.

I will report again very soon about Staph.

Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosageFrom PANKAJ VARMA [Log on to view profile] on 2004-10-26
Yes Kali Phos is good for tooth ache also.

you can continue Kali Phos with Staphys......both act in a complimentry way.

you never mentioned tooth ache earlier ??

Best,
Pankaj Varma

I wish this covergence of prescription is possible in every case.

Salem

You waited long enough, after taking Nat.mur.That helped a lot.

John suggested Staphy.Pankaj said possible remedy.

Meanwhile, kali phos 6x suggested by Pankaj. It,being a tissue salt, won't interfere with the action of another homeopathic remedy. In fact, they work together.

Now,your palpitations gone.Your homeopath also suggested Staphy.Very good.

Only thing is you may be better off with a 200 potency.

6 (is it c or x) may be too small, and may not act fast.

Anyway,all the best.

Murthy

Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosageFrom salem [Log on to view profile] on 2004-10-26
Hi Pankaj and Murthy,
The vortex in my chin affects my bottom front teeth with throbbing. That is what I meant about the toothache. So, it is throbbing somewhat less.

Yes Murthy, I think the wait was very beneficial! Thank you for reminding me of that and for your efforts.
I will continue Kali. Phos. for sure.
I asked the homeopath about # 6 CH and she says because I am very sensitive to reaction, she wants to be cautious.
You Guys are awesome!

Salem,

After making that comment I wound up my day.

But was thinking about your comment about throbbing tooth ache for a few hours in the night. Staphys may or may not be the right answer.

(I will request all others not to stand on their egos....at the other end of the net ...some ones life is being discussed). (Unfortunately , earlier we digressed to many other subjects...although their importance was not any less).

I reviewed your case in my mind all over!

Give me yes or no answers. If answer is no...give your comments:

1.You have headache from sunrise to sunset

2.You have high blood pressure reading (reading please).

3.you have throbbing tooth ache

4.You have palpitations in the heart area

It could really be a case of high blood pressure...in that case you have to be careful.

Do you have throbbing sensation in any other part of the body?

Do you have constipation?

Do you have itching on the skin?

What is your age?

Are you on High BP medication (allopathic) ?

Don't ignore to give answers as High BP if not attended to properly can lead to complications. Staphys may or may not be the right answer.

Pl. monitor your BP morning and evening.

Best wishes,
Pankaj Varma

what are the exact instructions for use of staphysagria?

Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosageFrom salem [Log on to view profile] on 2004-10-27
Hi Pankaj,

Here are some answers for you:

Headache from sunset until 11 pm usually. Sometimes through the night if I do not take Advil.

BP: now is 140/90 on average. I have bought a BP monitor, therefore I take the BP every mornings but will take it at night as well since I take Staph now.

Bottom front teeth (2 + I miss 2 there as well.) are throbbing slightly in the morning to gradually increase to paroxism when I go to bed.

Palpitations in heart area, less now, plus I slept well last night again...(2 nights in a row...wow!)

No other throbbing areas in the body.

Constipation during periods, but Nat. Mur. helped that a lot.

If I itch, it is on my scalp.

45 years old.

No allopathic medication for BP.

Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosageFrom salem [Log on to view profile] on 2004-10-27
Hi John,
The exact instructions are 2 pellets of Staph of #6 and then report tonight to the homeopath. She is very cautious with me as I get easily affected by slight changes.

She thinks that the heart palpitations was brought on by anger surfacing (and I was very angry when it started). Therefore Staph might be appropriate right now, as she wants to see if I will be able to speak out the anger...That is how I interpreted her words.

Re: Nat. Mur. next step/dosageFrom PANKAJ VARMA [Log on to view profile] on 2004-10-27
Hello Salem !

Blood Pressure is caused by pent up anger. So all medicines that are for blood pressure address the "anger" in you.

Your medicine is GLONOINUM.

It is specific for heart palpitaions and all associated symptoms that you have.

A very important symptom of the medicine is throbbing tooth ache.

Till now Kali Phos has kept your blood pressure in control. But Kali Phos alone will not do the major job.

Pl. take GLONOINUM 6C OR 30 C

EVEN 12X OR 30X WILL WORK.

This is a medicine to be taken frequently.

First 3 doses every hour, then next three doses every two hours, then every three hours.
Finally, next day take four doses at equivalent intervals in a day.

After taking the first three doses you will notice...tooth ache gone, headache reduced, palpitation much reduced on vanished.

I have no hesitation, you can very much discuss this with your homeopath.

Pl. note Staphys does not have major heart palpitations as a symptom. This is specific to GLONOINUM.

This is a well known medicine in homeopathy for blood pressure and heart complaints.

I have given you dosage as recommended by a book written by a Gold Medalist Doctor from the Nehru Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi.

So donot be deviated by so called guidance to be given by others.

If blood pressure left unattended can cause:

Enlargement of the heart (in size and shape)...non -reversible....an impairment.

RTH...Retinal Hemmorhage....i.e. bleeding in side the eye.

I am happy I asked you to take Kali Phos as it has kept your BP in control.

Pl. take medication as soon as possible.

I am sitting in the middle of the night, typing this out for you.

The whole day I was waiting for your reply.

Best wishes,
Pankaj Varma

Dear Pankaj,

I am profoundly touched and overwhelmed by your caring in this matter. I will bring your suggestion to my homeopath tonight and see her response. She is quite quick usually with answering my e-mails. So, I should be able to give you a feedback soon.

Please, go to bed in peace tonight!

My best to you also,
Salem

whether or not anger has anything to do with palpitations is not a certainty----

you will find calcarea-c will be part of treatment at some point...
