blood thinner cumidin need something for sinus infection

Hi I have been on blood thinners for 2 years now and need something to take for an infection that has lasted almost a year. I have been on two different types of antibiotics and now am resorting to natural remedies which I had avoided due to the cumidin blood thinner that I'm on. My symptoms mostly include sharp pain that comes on suddenly and is worse with motion, thick yellow nasal discharge, congestion, pain behind eyes worse in the morning. I'm hoping that there is something that I can take that won't cause too much blood problems. Any help is apprieciated, thanks

Why are you taking blood thinners? Please explain the whole situation.

Meanwhile you can try Kali Iodatum 30c

I"m searching on behalf of my brother, he is taking thinners for an artificial value in his heart after a major auto crash. He is 22 years old and male.

What has your doctor said about your brother's infection?

Incidentally, it sounds like a bad case of sinusitus (sinus infection), but that's my entirely amateur opinion. Get a doctor to check.

Well, that's positive to start.

The antibiotics will primarily be to counter any secondary infection from the primary viral infection. Sinus and throat viruses are notorious for that - secondary infections turning up elsewhere (ears, lungs, etc). However some antibiotics have now been shown to be at least partially effective against viral infections - studies are under way currently, I gather.

Make sure your brother takes the full course of antibiotics as per the prescription. Really knock the infections on the head. Otherwise he risks a relapse.
