Pain on the right leg

I am putting this case details for your comments.

Age : 40, sex : male, Occupation : Religious monk

Complain : Severe pain on the right leg. From the Toe area are till the calve. Pain is max when getting up from bed in morning. He has to stay still for few minitues is standing position. After he starts moving, he feels better and better. But pain remains.

He has lots of pain kellers,calcium tabs etc... I recommended Rushtox 30 for few days did no help.

Few days back, he showed to a good doctor. The doctor says it is the after affects of 'Chekunguniya'. Can it be ?????. As past history, I should mention that , he also suffered from fever during the period of Chekungunuya/Dengue epidemic. But not suspected any of the above then.

Can Bryonia help in this case?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is a clear cut symptom of Rhus Tox,in case of its failure you can try Bryonia.
