Dogs skin problem

My dog, a German Sheper- two years old, is suffering from terrible skin problem for the past six months. I will list out its symptoms and would really appreciate any help that comes along.
1.Dog devloped pus filled boils on his underbelly when he was 5months old.- was diagnosed as fungal infection and treated
2. soon he started having bad motions- green coloured, large. cured after a long battle
3. Drinks large quantities of water-often
4.Then when he was about a year old would keep biting his toes- we discovered he had raw red patches between the toes.
5. At about the same time- he was thin, would not eat well- threw up what he eat and it was surprisingly undigested food- even hours after he has eaten -I noticed one day he had passed reddish colored unrine with bright yellow sedimentation.
6 Unrine smeels strong -stale
7. Now he has broken out into boils all over his body
8. there are scally erruptions and also pus filled boils mainly (more)
on his back along the spine and around his tail region and near the anus.
9.Also there are water filled boils on his toes-red
10 he itches and hurts - so bites at them and makes a raw wound.
11. he is loosing weight
12 Is listless-sleeps most of the time.
13 otherwise he is very friendly and playful by nature.
What is wrong with my dog? Can somebody please help- will be really greatful.
thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
My Bull Terrier has similar problems. Vets can't dx it. I have put him on a fish based diet and he is much better. Eliminated ALL foods (including treats) containing ANY grain: wheat, corn, rice and red meats/buffalo/bison and chicken/poultry. His skin/coat are much better--though not perfect--but he misses his treats. I have found if I give him a rawhide treat that's bleached out white, he can enjoy that but not everyday.

thanks supermanrayhd, I will try it - but one caution to you. go easy on raw hide. I had given by dog a raw hide bone to chew(we are vegetarians) he ate it up and promptly fell sick- his green, large undigested stools started with that.
if I come across any good medication for my dog I will pass it on to you.

We buy Ace (the bull terrier) some type of bleached out rawhide that actually will crumble when he chews it. It is 100% rawhide but it's been processed so as not to allow him to swallow one big hunk at a time (been there/done that!). It's a little messy so he gets his treat outside on the deck. I'll check the brand name of the chews and let you know.
