Vitiligo - Dogs

I have a friend who has a 9 year old German Shepherd mix and has vitiligo. The skin around her lips is turning pink and there are a couple of pinkish spots around her nose and her eyes. If anybody could help her that would be great. Thank you very much in advance.

Arsenum Album 30 and Sulphur 30 if given at alternate days for at least three weeks, may show the result. Put few drops of medicine or (if pills dissolve'em in water) on the biscuit would do the job.
