acne scars

I am 18 and have had alot of acne in the past 4-years, I was recently on Roaccutane, which cleared my skin completely of acne and breakouts.

Although now i'am left with ACNE Scars, red/brown marks on the cheeks.

Also the skin seems uneven, for instance where i used to have a zit, the bump is still slighly visible, especially on the nose.

Also on my nose i have developed red capillery marks, where previous zits existed, i have tried Skin Doctors Capillery Clear Cream, this is effective, but does not completely irradicate the appearance of the capilleries.

I would appreciate any advice on possible methods to use to rid the acne scars.

Thank you.

P.S. I have Arnica 200 potency in liquid form at home, i have read on this forum that this can help to rid cappilery marks, but it was reccommened at 30 potency in tablet form.
