High Eosinophil Count

Does anyone have any advice about how to get my eosinophil count down. I have the constant feeling of pain in my throat. Like when it hurts to breat on a smoggy day.

My WBC count is also low. ANyone with any advice. I would apprecite it.

Yeah I know. I am trying to eat healthy. I do not know what to do. I do not drink or smoke. Im frustrated.

Histamine 1M : Single dose every week for 4 consequtive weeks will lower your eosinophil count.

Also get your allergy test done. Most commonly u may be suffering from dust allergy.
