acne ruling my life!

I have quite bad acne especially on my cheeks. I have been told that i have candida and that this causes/contributes to my acne, i have been taking the following supplements for the last 2 months to help with the candida overgrowth-b vitamin complex, selenium and zinc, starflower oil, codliver oil, acidophilus, caprylic acid, garlic oil, I was eating a yeast and wheat free diet aswell, i have slipped of the wagon for the last 2 weeks slightly but am back on it now, i have definately lost weight on this diet but my acne is still bad, if not worse, especially now on my left cheek i have a particularly ginormous spot on my cheek which is very sore to touch and does not have a head but is a giant lump. Can someone please tell me if i am doing the right things?? If i should be taking these supplements?? i would appreciate any help with this as it is starting to rule my life.

thanks

No i do not usually suffer from constipation, my skin is not that oily, it has actually been very very dry lately and a week before my periods they get slightly worse and i also get a few on other parts of my face but on my cheeks they are permanant.
