Disturbed Bowel Movement of Travellers

Nesha asked me the question.

Reply:

Costipation of travellers who often change food/water and places.....Platinum Met.

Another possibility is : Nux Vomica..coz from India to Canada ..minimum flight time is 17 hours (no body movement, disturbed sleep pattern)..besides drinks are served on the flight..also the nervous system experiences a few knocks due to continous engine noise, turbulence etc.......so Nux Vomica helps.

If nothing works...I have always suggested Opium 30C in repeat doses. It has never failed to perform.

Happy landing,

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
For uneasiness caused due to jet lag...I have always suggested ...Cocculus Indicus....it soothes the nerves.

Opium 30C's action is justified and very predictable.

Could be tried in constipation or lose motions as well IBS also.

Action is almost similar to Atropine (in allopathy), that is administered to sooth the nerves.
