I'm always remembering past mistakes . . .

Hi. I'm always remembering past mistakes and then sort of getting upset over them. I'll remember some thing that I said or did, perhaps years ago, and then think, 'Oh, that was so stupid! Oh, how horrible.' Do you know what remedies might cover this? Thank you.

We may say dwells on past past disagreeable occurrences. Nat mur is a big one but there are a number of others.
