Please help - can't find a remedy
I would be grateful for any advice on what would be a suitable remedy for me. I am seeing a homeopath but so far we have not been able to find a remedy that will help my chronic headaches. My info is as follows:daily headaches which start in the left shoulder (used to be the right but changed sides about 18 months ago) and go up my neck into my left eye and then spread across my headache. Occassionally they become migraines. They usually start in the afternoon ie about 1pm but sometimes I wake up with them.
I am PCOS and periods are irregular usually preceeded by 2 weeks PMS (tender breasts, chocolate cravings, very fatigued). During this time headaches are much worse.
I sleep pretty well but am tired during the day and often have an afternoon nap when I can. No recurring dreams as such (occassionally of losing teeth or arguing with people from the past) but always have vivid dreams.
I am sensitive to noise and light, especially with headaches.
I seek warmth, hot drinks, love warm baths and hate being cold.
major diseases in the past include chronic appendicitis (4 years before diagnosis), glandular fever, whooping cough. I also have a goitre but no thyroid dysfunction.
Also had milk allergy and asthma as a child with dermatitis as a baby (these are no longer a problem though). I also have a history of depression and have had 3 major head injuries.
I have tried to the following homeopathic remedies which have not helped to stop the headaches:
Sabal serrulato (30c once daily but aggravated)
Phosphorous (6c but didn't help headaches or breast tenderness)
Adamas (6c and 30c felt helped mood)
Cocculus (3c daily with no change).
Other symptoms are cold hands and feet at night and aversion to cold water - prefer drinks to be luke warm or hot.
I also get an occassion nose bleed (only from the right nostril) and hayfever.
Please help - I am desperate to stop the headaches..

Thank you greatly for your response. Just to help my understanding, do you think Natrum Sul is my constitution remedy? Also, is there anything I can take when a headache comes on? They are really bad when my period is late (can be anywhere from one week late to months late) and I suffer from really intense headaches until it arrives. They then stay away until I am premenstrual again. My blood tests show high LH, low progesterone, high estrogen and normal to high testosterone. I am a 25 year old female. Thanks again for considering my case and taking the time to reply.
