I have alopecia universalis (complete body hair loss) for over 15 years now. Nothing that I've tried helped. Is there a homeopatic cure for this? |

You may try this:
Ustillago 200 Buy: Four dram pills 40 no. Dose: 4 pills daily morning
It is a fast acting remedy when clicks. Results should be visible in a month or so. Otherwise one can stop it.

Dear Murthy !
A lot of combination meds for alopecia have Ustilago Mydis as an ingredient.

Dear Pankaj
I know that.But 200 potency?
For purely physical problems like this, normally mother tinctures,or at best, very low potencies can be tried.

I was also a little surprised with the suggestion of 200 potency. However, it appears he had a success with it.
Maybe he can throw more light on this.

I have seen few doses of Ustilago 200 have cured alopecia in less than a month when taken in early stage of the problem. In old cases like the one reported, fresh scattered hair growth has been noticed.

Let us pray to God. And also let us hope, he takes Ustilago with full faith. I know the confidence of the patient in the prescription is very important. Inderjeet

The medicine will work,if it is a similimum, whether patient believes in it or not.
Nash quotes an interesting observation in his discussion abot glonoine. He says he used to carry a bottle of glonoine 3x with him,and used to put a drop on the tongue of people, who said they don't believe in homeopathy. He says, invariably, the person used to become giddy, and used to get headache, within a short time.
Belief in the therapy helps,no doubt, but that is not a pre condition.

How does a placebo work? Because the patient thinks that he is taking medicine, whereas it is just sugar pills.
Why in many cases when patient has no desire to live, medicines do not work?
Attitide of patient does play an important role. However, every one knows it is not the only thing.

There was an old man and his wife.
Both had weak eye sight due to old age.
One day before going to sleep the old man told his wife...."I have a headache, can you you give me something for it!"
The wife searched her "medicine box" and came back with a "pill".
The old man took the pill with a glass of water and went to bed.
Next morning, after a few hours of getting up, the wife asked the old man about the headache.
The old man said .."it went away in half an hour and I slept well!"
Then the wife exclaimed...."Oh my God! By mistake I gave you a "button" and that was my needle work box ...not the medicine box !"
Homeopathic placebos have a better chance!!
Happy enjoying.

This was my concluding remark,in the earlier post.
