Single element vs. Single substance vs. Single remedy

On the thread 'Unsuccessful remedies - help!'...some kind of discussion is going on about Single substances / Single remedies etc.

The single recognisable substance of which materials are made up of ...on this planet are called 'Elements'.

Some commonly used elements are Copper, Gold, Silver, Iodine, Iron, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Carbon, Lead (Plumbum),Zinc, Selenium etc.

Scientists have further broken up elements into atoms..which in turn have been broken up into neutrons, protons and electrons.

However..atoms, neutrons, protons and electrons cannot exist by themselves in nature...although scientists have tried to isolate them in the laboratory.

One element is different from the other in terms of its atomic mass.

From time to time scientists kept on discovering different elements available in nature.

In 1869 a Russian Scientist ....Dmitri Mendeleev ....informed the world about Natures secret code regarding atomic mass of different elements and the relationship within.

Mendeleev is best known for his work on the periodic table; arranging the 63 known elements into a Periodic Table based on atomic mass, which he published in Principles of Chemistry in 1869. Dmitri Mendeleev was born at Tobolsk, Siberia in 1834 and died in 1907. He studied science at St. Petersburg and graduated in 1856. In 1863 he was appointed to a professorship and in 1866 he succeeded to the Chair in the University. He predicted the existence and properties of new elements and pointed out accepted atomic weights that were in error. (Not discovered).

He also said that the atomic mass of differnt elements and the periodicity within them ...indicated that more elements would be discovered by man. Which actually happened.

Many of the known elements itself are homeopathic medicines.

To name a few:

Zinc....zincum mettalicum
Copper...Cupurm Metallicum
Lead...Plumbum Metallicum
Gold...Aurum Metallicum
Silver....Argentum Mettalicum
Iodine...Iodium
Bromine....Bromum
Sulphur
Phosphorus
Selenium
Calcium ....Calcarea
Iron....Ferrum
Mercury

.....and many more.

These are all SINGLE ELEMENTS.

Then there are SINGLE SUBSTANCES...which are composed of TWO OR MORE ELEMENTS but are available in nature as identifiable sunstances....examples

Magnesium Phosphate
Ferrum Phosphate
Calcarea Phosphate
Calcarea Carbonica

and many many more.

These single substances also make homeopathic medicines.

Chemistry divides composite (as opposed to elements) into 'Organic' and 'Inorganic' substances.

A layman's distinction would be:

Organic...from the vegitative world

Inorganic....from the chemical world.

Both...organics and inorganics ....give homeopathic medicines.

Bryonia,Dulcamara, Nux Vomica, Aconite, Belladona, Arnica, Pulsatilla, Conium, Aloe .....and many more...come from the vegitative world.

In this also ...some meds come from the animal, fish and insect world...some names...

Sepia
Lachesis
Canthris
Apis Mellifica.

This is for information of all. Will write more on this topic later.

Best wishes

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Food for Thought:

SAI BABA has said...

1. All elements available on this earth are also available within the human body.

2. All technologies..... discovered by man or yet to be discoverd by man...... are available within the human body.

Best wishes

NOTE: The word ELEMENT was never used in the aforementioned discussion. The phrase 'at an elemental level', however, was, and conveys a completely different meaning, as anyone with a good knowledge of physics would know.

The purpose of my post was not to 'split hair'...it was to add to the knowledge fund !! That is why I posted a new topic.

Pankaj'bhai,

When you say 'split hair', !!!

WOULD you be meaning 'SKINNING THE HAIR', which in typical Indian-UP hindi means 'Baal ke Khaal'.

- 'Skinning the Hair' .IS. as in peeling / layering-off an Onion. (as in debating)
- 'Splitting the Hair' .IS. as in cutting / segregating an Potato for finger chips. (as in quarelling)

COULD the above also be added to your 'knowledge fund'. (Heeee hee hee....) with Nesha-India as the treasurer of the 'Fund Bank'.

ALSO, for argument sense (in the chemistry world), Nat.Phos. (as making from the chemical available in the super-market) as suggested by 'Kuldeep alias lopez ......) is dangerous for the insides of the G.I.Tract and pathologically could even demoralises the G.I.Tract permanently. THAT is the precise reason, Nat.Phos in 'X' trituratation was prepared in its unique way by Dr. Schussler, into a tissue salt which could give the most comfortable and safest stimulation for pathological cure purposes without any bad / adverse reactions. BUT somehow some self-glorifyers try to manipulate the concept of Homeopathy and Bio-chemic tissue salts to suit their own self-ego, taking the principles of homeopathy down to the drain.

The Physics that go into this Chemistry is precise to be understood for medical purposes and not randomly half-read, as most other forum members tend to do.
