strange prob. want help from sir Joe
hello sir joe i came to this website accidentally and i am really impressed by the number of solutions that you have given to so many people on this forum specially constipation.i have a problem that is very unusual and strange .can you help me out of it.
i have constipation from the last 3 and more years my age is 25. i am single unmarried. it never happens that i take out all my waste in the toilet . i always feel something is left that makes me drowsy and feel sick almost all the times.i have been masterbating all my life after being adult . you can say chronic . once or twice daily. i was fed up of this addiction and i tried to stop it . now what is happening is when i stop masterbating for 5 or more days i get constipated n totally weak and with no energy but once i start masterbat**g i get ok. this is so much weird. and this is not my mind telling me all this because this actually is happening to me. i was totally shocked when i saw this reaction of my body. i want to get rid of this evil habit but now my constipation makes me sick. i want to know what is the connection of sex habits with constipation? is there any? is my mind playing games with me? this is so much unbelieveable. but once i dont masterbate i really do get constipated and this is not what i think. this is actually happening to me. pleaseeeee guide me what to do.

The remedy that I have prescribed to almost all patients who have any gastric complaints is Nat Phos 6x. The standard dose is 2 tablets taken after 2 meals. In your case however you can increase the dosage to 3 tablets twice daily but if you discover any difference in the taste in your mouth that has been reported by some you should go down to just 2 tablets but you may increase it to 3 doses per day.
You are advised to use it for a few days and report if it helps you.
