Premaature ejaculation

Due to finincal problem I got sick and depress for years and I avoid sex with my wife, now I have problem after a forplay of ten minutes
as soon as insert the penis I can not control ejaculation.
what can I do.

You have to desensitise the penis by rubbing -
beating it on the soles of the feet of your beloved during forplay
and it may be that you have masturbated too much - this will cause premature ejaculation.
