question for 'walkin'

You recently replied to my post Re Mild paronia. Please could you answer me one question. You say to take one single dose of Natrum Mur 10M. I can't find that amount, the most the potency goes up to is 1M.

ok use one single dose of nat mur 1m on three sucessive days .

nat mur goes up to dmm!
