This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Start with one dose of Tuberculinum 1M on three sucessive days and WAIT 3 weeks to judge result.

Thanks a lot walkin.

Could you please guide me about the choice of the specific remedy? Also if you can help me understand using 1M potency as the patient is quite old & weak constitution.

One update is he has also caught cold for the last 2 days. Do you recommend applying Tuberculinum now or wait till he is out of cold.

Another update - I noticed recently that he is coughing after taking main course of meal (takes rice). Hope this throws more light on the current situation.

Due to the medication he is on it is necessary to use 1M potency -- unless you stop the medication , but thats a bit risky.

One of the miasmatic remedies is the best bet, as he should have gone to homeopathy before using allopathy.

Hi walkin,
Could you please guide me in the followings:-
1. Since it is the first miasmatic treatment to be started for the patient, do you recommend initiating the process with anti-Psoric remedy or it is ok to directly start with the anti-Tubercular remedy?
2. If YES to #1 above, what should be the anti-Psoric remedy with potency & dosage?
3. If YES to #1 above, what should be the interval between administration of the anti-Psoric remedy & Tuberculinum 1M?
4. Once it is time to start Tuberculinum considering the age & vitality of the patient, do you recommend using the graded potencies i.e. 30c followed by 200c followed by 500c followed by 1M? If yes what should be the dosage & interval between the two successive potencies?

Thanks again for all the support you are providing.

Hi, Anjan,

I say your post of 2006 regarding your father's Parkinsonism. DId you follow Dr Walkin's advice reg Tuberculinum 1 M and if so what was the response to it? Did you try anything else for your father's illness? How is he now? I ask this because my sister ( 73) is suffering from Parkinsonism with some common symptoms and am curious to know about the benefit of Tuberculinum as a miasmatic remedy. Regards Chaitanya Mehta
